The following terms and conditions apply to our Golf Club Partners only and govern the supply of a number of Technology/Software and Services that GolfNow, LLC and/or BRS Golf Ltd provide. Depending on where your Golf Club is located and what Technology/Software and Services you receive will depend on which terms and conditions apply. Where we act as data processor for Golf Club Partners, the following Data Processing Agreement applies.
