Welcome to the Woodenbridge Golf Club Internet Tee Time Reservation Service. This service allows you to book a tee time at our golf course over the Internet and get instant on-screen and email confirmation of your booking.

Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before booking a tee time.

Payment
=======
To book a tee time on-line you will have to enter your credit or debit card details using our secure on-line payment process. Your debit/credit card WILL be charged the full amount at the time of booking.

When you arrive for your round of golf, you MUST report to the Pro shop before beginning your round.  If the Pro shop is closed then please call upstairs to the bar.

Cancellation Policy
===================
If you wish to cancel your booking please contact us on +353 402 35202 option 2.  Casual golf bookings are transferable to an alternative date and/or tee time.  If you are unable to make your tee time, you can offer it to someone else, such as a family member or friend.  For open competition golf bookings are transferrable to an alternative suitable competition and/or tee time.

The green fee/open entry fee is non-refundable.  If you cancel your booking and an alternative day is not suitable we can offer you a voucher to the same value paid on the original booking for use within one year of the original date.

Failure To Cancel Your Booking
==============================
If you fail to cancel your booking or fail to turn up, the green fee/open entry fee is non-refundable.  An alternative date or a voucher to the same value will NOT be offered.

Course Closed
=============
If you are unable to play your round of golf due to the course being closed (e.g. bad weather), a refund will be made to your card or voucher will be offered for a future booking.

Booking Transferable
====================
The booking is completely transferable. Therefore, should you be unable to make your tee time, you can offer the tee time to someone else such as a family member or friend.

Handicaps
=========
Handicap certificates are only required for Open competitions.

Dress Code
==========
Normal GUI/ILGU dress code applies. The following are therefore not permitted: denim jeans, tee-shirts (collarless and/or sleeveless), shorts (other than tailored shorts), football/rugby tops.

Spikes
======
Metal spikes may be worn on the course.  Golf shoes are NOT permitted in the clubhouse.

Data Protection
================
Your personal contact information will be held in our system.  This will be processed in accordance with local law and is NOT sold to third parties.

Golf Buggies

The club has 12 buggies that are available for hire, if you require one please enter this in the booking form. Visitors are strongly advised to pre-book golf buggies to avoid disappointment. In addition electric trolleys are available for hire by calling the Pro shop on +353 402 35202.
