Open Competitions - Online Reservation Welcome to the Wetherby Golf Club Internet Tee Time Reservation Service. This service allows you to book a tee time at our golf course over the Internet and get instant on-screen and email confirmation of your booking. Select the competition you want to play in by clicking the 'Book Now' button. There are no open competitions set up. Payment Options The following credit and debit cards are acceptable: Terms and Conditions Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before booking a tee time. These are the terms and conditions for booking tee times using our Internet booking facility. Payment ======= To book a tee time on-line you will have to enter your credit or debit card details using our secure on-line payment process. Your card will be charged with the full amount of the green fee. When you turn up for your round of golf, you should report to the pro shop before beginning your round. If the pro shop is closed, you should call in after your round is complete. Cancellation Policy =================== You can cancel your booking by phoning the office. If you cancel your booking more than 14 days before your date of play, you will receive a full refund of your green fee. There is absolutely no refund if cancellation is less than 14 days. Please contact the office during opening hours which are 9.00am - 5.00pm Failure To Cancel Your Booking ============================== If you fail to cancel your booking, you will not receive any refund. Course Closed ============= If you are unable to play your round of golf due to the course being closed (e.g. bad weather), you will receive a full refund of your green fee. Booking Transferable ==================== The Booking is completely Transferable. Therefore, should you be unable to make your tee time, you can offer the tee time to someone else such as a family member or friend. Handicaps ========= This facility is only available to golfers who have a handicap of 28 or less (men) or 36 or less (ladies). If you don't have a handicap, you must be able to play to an equivalent standard. Dress Code ========== On the Course: Smart golf clothing must be worn at all times. Short socks worn with tailored shorts must be predominantly white. Shirts must be tucked in at all times. In the Clubhouse; Smart clothing is expected including smart golfing attire and smart denim jeans. Shoes must be worn. The following items of dress are not allowed: On the course- Denim jeans, ankle length coloured socks with shorts, non-tailored shorts, tracksuits, leggings, trainers, cargo shorts, flip flops, brief shorts, sun tops and beach wear. In the clubhouse - Non tailored shorts, tracksuits, leggings, trainers, flip flops, brief shorts, sun tops and beach wear. Golf Shoes are not permitted in the clubhouse with the exception of the passage and stairs from the Men's locker room. Spikes ====== Spikes may be worn. Golf Buggies The club has 3 buggies that can be booked. If you require a buggy, please call the Professional's shop on 01937 580089 ext 2. Bookings of Golf Clubs, Trolleys, Caddies, Restaurant, etc If you require to book golf clubs, trolleys, caddies, restaurant, etc you should enter these requirements in the booking form or alternatively you can contact the club directly by phone on 01937 580089.
