TERMS AND CONDITIONS: These are the terms and conditions for booking tee times using our Internet booking facility. Payment ======= Payment will be taken at the time of booking (GBP). To book a tee time online you will have to enter your credit or debit card details using our secure on line payment process. You should print off or make a note of your booking reference as this will be required on your arrival at the Club. Refund / Cancellation Policy ============================ You can cancel your booking by contacting West Linton Golf Club by email, westlintonproshop@gmail.com or telephone, 01968 660970. Please remember your booking details will be required to confirm the cancellation. If you cancel your booking more than 1 week before your date of play, you may request a refund. If you cancel your booking less than 1 week in advance, you forfeit your entry fee. Course Closed ============= If you are unable to play your round of golf due to the course being closed (e.g. bad weather), you may request a refund. Booking Transferable ==================== The Booking is completely transferable. Therefore, should you be unable to make your tee time, you can offer the tee time to someone else such as a family member or friend. Handicaps ========= This facility is only available to golfers who have a handicap of 28 or less (men) or 36 or less (ladies). If you don't have a handicap, you must be able to play to an equivalent standard. Dress Code ========== Normal dress code applies. The following are therefore not permitted: denims, football/rugby tops. Spikes ====== Spikes may be worn. Golf Buggies BUGGY MESSAGE: The Club has 8 buggies that can be booked. If you require a buggy, you should enter this in the booking form. Buggies are at the discretion of the Club. You must hold a valid driving licence to drive a buggy. Bookings of Golf Clubs, Trolleys, Caddies, Restaurant, etc If you require to book golf clubs, trolleys, caddies, restaurant, etc you should enter these requirements in the booking form or alternatively you can contact the club directly by phone on 01968 660970.
