TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
These are the terms and conditions for booking tee times using our
Internet booking facility.

Payment
=======
Payment will be taken at the time of booking (GBP). To book a tee time online you will have to enter your credit or debit card details using our 
secure on line payment process. You should print off or make a note of your booking reference as this will be required on your arrival at the Club.

Refund / Cancellation Policy
============================
You can cancel your booking by contacting Warkworth Golf Club by email, secretary@warkworthgolf.club or telephone, 01665 5711596 
Please remember your booking details will be required to confirm the cancellation.

Full payment will be taken at the time of booking.  No refunds will be given for player cancellation or non-attendance.

Failure To Cancel Your Booking
==============================
If you fail to cancel your booking, there will be a charge of 100% of
the green fee made to your credit/debit card.

Course Closed
=============
If you are unable to play your round of golf due to the course being
closed (e.g. bad weather), please contact us and we will refund.

Booking Transferable
====================
The Booking is completely Transferable. Therefore, should you be unable
to make your tee time, you can offer the tee time to someone else such
as a family member or friend.

Dress Code
==========
Smart, casual attire is acceptable as a form of dress both within the clubhouse and on the course.  However, denim jeans, sports shorts, collarless shirts, shell suits and track suit bottoms are not considered appropriate forms of dress.  Footwear - shoes or sandals - should be worn within the clubhouse but not spiked shoes or trainers.

Golf Buggies

The Club does not have any buggies but visitors can use their own provided they can produce proof of insurance.

If you require to book golf clubs, trolleys, caddies, restaurant, etc you should enter these requirements in the booking form or alternatively you can contact the club directly by phone on 01665 711596.
