Green Fee Rates Although the club has standard green fee rates for weekdays and weekends, we offer significant savings for certain times of the day, particularly if you are prepared to avoid the busiest times, or if you book at the last minute. The price quoted is the price you pay. There is no booking fee. Payment ======= To book a tee time on-line you will have to enter your credit or debit card details using our secure on-line payment process. When you turn up for your round of golf, you should report to the Pro shop before beginning your round. If the Pro shop is closed, you should call in after your round is complete. Refund / Cancellation Policy =================== You can cancel your booking on the web site by entering you unique ref number. If you cancel your booking more than 1 week before your date of play, there will be no charge made to your credit/debit card. If you cancel your booking less than 1 week in advance, there will be a charge of 50% of the green fee made to your credit/debit card. Failure To Cancel Your Booking ============================== If you fail to cancel your booking, there will be a charge of 100% of the green fee made to your credit/debit card. Course Closed ============= If you are unable to play your round of golf due to the course being closed (e.g. bad weather), no charge will be made to your credit/debit card. Booking Transferable ==================== The Booking is completely Transferable. Therefore, should you be unable to make your tee time, you can offer the tee time to someone else such as a family member or friend. Handicaps ========= This facility is only available to golfers who have a handicap of 28 or less (men) or 36 or less (ladies). If you don't have a handicap, you must be able to play to an equivalent standard. Please call the Pro Shop for further guidance. Dress Code ========== Normal golfing dress code applies. The following are therefore not permitted: denims, cargo shorts, football/rugby tops etc Spikes ====== Spikes may be worn. The club also offers a Spike Bar facility in front of the putting green. Golf Buggies The club has 3 buggies that can be booked. If you require a buggy, you will need to call the Pro Shop direct on 01606-301291(4), buggies will be reserved on a first come first served basis. Please note the following buggy procedures - * We have a 90 Degree Rule which must be observed at all times. * Buggies can be used at all times, except in extreme conditions when the course is deemed unsafe. The Course Line will be updated to inform all golfers if buggies are allowed (01606-301291-3) * When driving the buggy please keep to the path when possible * When driving the buggy please don't drive between the green and the greenside bunkers, please go around the outside of the bunkers * Buggies cannot be driven onto the tee boxes or areas that have been cordoned off * Please do not drive the buggy close to any severe slopes, areas of note are at the back of the 2nd green, right of the 5th hole and right of the 7th hole Bookings of Golf Clubs, Trolleys, Caddies, Restaurant, etc If you require to book golf clubs, trolleys, caddies, restaurant, etc you should enter these requirements in the booking form or alternatively you can contact the club directly by phone on 01606 301291.
