TERMS AND CONDITIONS: These are the terms and conditions for booking tee times using our internet booking facility. PLEASE NOTE: FOR DAY TICKETS IT IS 2 BALL PLAY ONLY UNTIL 10.00 A.M. - FOR BOOKINGS OF MORE THAN 2 PLAYERS ON A DAY TICKET PLEASE CALL US ON 01841 520208 Payment ======= To book a tee time on-line you will have to enter your credit or debit card details using our secure on-line payment process. Your card details will not be retained by us once the transaction is complete. Cancellation Policy =================== You can cancel your booking on the web site by entering your unique reference number. If you cancel your booking more than 4 weeks (29+ days) before your date of play, you will receive 100% refund. If you cancel your booking 1 to 4 weeks in advance (7-28 days), you will receive 50% refund of the green fee made to your credit/debit card. Any cancellation made less than 1 week (1-6 days) before your date of play will receive no refund. Failure To Cancel Your Booking ============================== If you fail to cancel your booking, you will not receive any refund. Booking Policy ============================== Please note bookings can only be made up to 300 days in advance your proposed visit. If you are looking to make a group booking please call the office on 01841 520208 to enquire about availability and group rates. Course Closed ============= If you are unable to play your round of golf due to the course being closed (e.g. bad weather), you will be entitled to a full refund. We will be happy to help organise an alternative day for your golf. Booking Transferable ==================== The booking is completely transferable. Therefore, should you be unable to make your tee time, you can offer the tee time to someone else such as a family member or friend assuming they comply with our terms and conditions of play. Handicaps ========= This facility is only available to golfers who have a recognised handicap of 28 or less (men) or 36 or less (ladies). If you are unsure of your eligibility to play the Championship Course please call the office on 01841 520208 to check with a member of the golf team. Dress Code ========== A decent standard of dress is expected and a normal golfing dress code applies. The following are therefore not permitted: denims, swimming shorts, football/rugby tops, singlets or t-shirts. Spikes ====== PLEASE NOTE TREVOSE HAS A 'SOFT SPIKE ONLY' POLICY ON ALL GOLF COURSES (NO METAL SPIKES). All players must play in recognised golf shoes.
