These are the terms and conditions for booking tee times using our
Internet booking facility.
Payment
=======
To book a tee time on-line you will have to enter your credit or
debit card details using our secure on-line payment process.
Full payment will be taken from your credit/debit card at time of booking.
For tee time bookings (not open comps), you should report to the Pro shop before beginning your round.
If the Pro shop is closed, you should call in after your round is complete.
Cancellation Policy
===================
You cannot cancel your booking on the web site.
For casual tee times:
If you are unable to play your round of golf, please contact the Pro Shop on 01756 793257 to rearrange a tee time
If you wish to cancel your booking more than 1 week before your date of play,
please contact the office on 01756 795657 to arrange a refund.
If you cancel your booking less than 1 week in advance, please contact the
office on 01756 795657 to arrange a 50% refund
For open competitions:
A refund will only be available should a replacement pair / team take your booked tee time.
Please call the office on 01756 795657 to discuss.
Failure To Cancel Your Booking

If you fail to cancel your booking, there will be no refund available.
Course Closed
=============
If you are unable to play your round of golf due to the course being
closed (e.g. bad weather), please contact the Pro Shop on 01756 795657 to rearrange a tee time or the office on 01756 795657 to arrange a refund.
Booking Transferable
====================
The Booking is completely Transferable. Therefore, should you be unable
to make your tee time, you can offer the tee time to someone else such
as a family member or friend.
Dress Code
==========
All golfers are required to wear clean, smart, recognised golf clothing including golf shoes. Tailored shorts and ankle socks may be worn. Other non-golfing sports clothing or leisurewear is not permitted.
Spikes
======
Spikes may be worn.
H&S
=========
You must adhere to the H&S notice displayed near the first tee.
