Terms and Conditions Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before booking a tee time. These are the terms and conditions for booking tee times using our internet on-line booking facility. Payments: ======== To book a tee off through our web site you will have to enter your credit or debit card details using our on-line payment process. Your card will be charged 100% of the Green fees due. Cancellation Policy: =================== No refund will be made for cancelled bookings Course Closed: ============= If you are unable to play your round of golf due to the course being closed (e.g. bad weather), you will receive a full refund of your green fee or rearrange your booking for another day free of charge, subject to availability. Booking Transferable ==================== The Booking is completely transferable, and should you be unable to make your tee time, you can offer it to someone else such as a family member or friend. Handicaps ========= Valid active handicap certificates are not required for general play, however this is an Open Championship Final Qualifying course and as such, players must have the ability to play to a reasonable standard to ensure their enjoyment and those players on the course at the same time. OPEN EVENTS: Valid CDH numbers are required by all players who enter in all Open Competitions. Dress Code on Course ========== Any clothing specifically manufactured for golf is acceptable. The following are therefore not permitted: denims,football/rugby tops, collarless Tshirts Tailored shorts are permitted on the course with sports socks specifically made for golf. Clubhouse ========== Smart casual clothing should be worn in the Clubhouse(except denim, trainers or Tshirts. Summer months - Tailored shorts are permitted in the Clubhouse but not in the Dining Room after 8:00pm. Golf shoes may also only be worn in the Clubhouse bar areas providing access is gained via the western external staircase. Course ====== Metal or soft spikes are permitted - please take care as some areas of the course may be slippery in damp conditions. Golf Buggies The Club has two Golf Buggies for hire at £20 per round or £30 per day which can be pre-booked with the Office. Motorised buggies are allowed on the course for players with a disability on signing the SAOLGC Buggy Policy prior to play and may be used in Open Competitions.
