These times will only appear within the 5 day window. Any times beyond the 5 days will not show. A selected amount of bookings for visitors will become available and will only appear on the booking sheet 5 days prior to the tee time. To book a buggy please phone 0191 413 3253 and leave a message.  Buggies can only be booked at least one day in advance Payment Options The following credit and debit cards are acceptable: Terms and Conditions Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before booking a tee time. TERMS AND CONDITIONS: These are the terms and conditions for booking tee times using our Internet booking facility. Everyone having made an online booking and paid online must still register their arrival at the Club by visiting the shop, office (upstairs) or bar (when open) and speaking to a member of staff. Payment ======= Payment will be taken at the time of booking (GBP). To book a tee time online you will have to enter your credit or debit card details using our secure on line payment process. You should print off or make a note of your booking reference as this will be required on your arrival at the Club. Refund / Cancellation Policy ============================ You can cancel your booking by contacting Ryton Golf Club by email, secretary@rytongolfclub.co.uk or telephone, 0191 413 3253. Please remember your booking details will be required to confirm the cancellation. If you cancel your booking more than 1 week before your date of play, there will be no charge made to your credit/debit card. If you cancel your booking less than 1 week in advance, there will be a charge of 50% of the green fee made to your credit/debit card. Failure To Cancel Your Booking ============================== If you fail to cancel your booking, there will be a charge of 100% of the green fee made to your credit/debit card. Course Closed ============= If you are unable to play your round of golf due to the course being closed (e.g. bad weather), no charge will be made to your credit/debit card. Booking Transferable ==================== The Booking is completely Transferable. Therefore, should you be unable to make your tee time, you can offer the tee time to someone else such as a family member or friend. Handicaps ========= This facility is only available to golfers who have a handicap of 28 or less (men) or 36 or less (ladies). If you don't have a handicap, you must be able to play to an equivalent standard. Golf Equipment ============== All visitors must have their own golf bag and golf clubs. Sharing of equipment when playing the golf course is not permitted. Dress Code ========== Normal GUI/ILGU dress code applies. The following are therefore not permitted: denims, football or gym shorts, football/rugby tops. Spikes ====== Spikes may be worn. Golf Buggies Buggies must be booked at least one day in advance to ensure availability. Contact information must be given and a deposit may be requested to return the key. Bookings of Golf Clubs, Trolleys, Caddies, Restaurant, etc If you require to book golf clubs, trolleys, caddies, restaurant, etc you should enter these requirements in the booking form or alternatively you can contact the club directly by phone on 0191 413 3253.
