Open Competitions - Online Reservation Welcome to the The Rushcliffe Golf Club Internet Tee Time Reservation Service. This service allows you to book a tee time at our golf course over the Internet and get instant on-screen and email confirmation of your booking. Select the competition you want to play in by clicking the 'Book Now' button. There are no open competitions set up. Terms and Conditions Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before booking a tee time. TERMS AND CONDITIONS: These are the terms and conditions for booking tee times using our Internet booking facility. Payment ======= Payment will be taken at the time of booking (GBP). Payment will be taken fully online at the time of booking via Realex who are a secure payment gateway provider. To book a tee time online you will have to enter your credit or debit card details using our secure on line payment process. You should print off or make a note of your booking reference as this will be required on your arrival at the Club. Refund / Cancellation Policy ============================ You can cancel your booking by contacting Rushcliffe Golf Club by email, secretary@rushcliffegolfclub.co.uk or telephone, 01509852959. Please remember your booking details will be required to confirm the cancellation. If you cancel your booking more than 1 week before your date of play, there will be no charge made to your credit/debit card. If you cancel your booking less than 1 week in advance, there will be a charge of 50% of the green fee made to your credit/debit card. Failure To Cancel Your Booking ============================== If you fail to cancel your booking, there will be a charge of 100% of the green fee made to your credit/debit card. Course Closed ============= If you are unable to play your round of golf due to the course being closed (e.g. bad weather), no charge will be made to your credit/debit card. Booking Transferable ==================== The Booking is completely Transferable. Therefore, should you be unable to make your tee time, you can offer the tee time to someone else such as a family member or friend. Handicaps ========= This facility is only available to golfers who have a handicap of 28 or less (men) or 36 or less (ladies). If you don't have a handicap, you must be able to play to an equivalent standard. Dress Code ========== Normal GUI/ILGU dress code applies. The following are therefore not permitted: denims, shorts, football/rugby tops. Spikes ====== Spikes may be worn. Golf Buggies The club has 7 buggies that can be booked. If you require a buggy, contact our Pro Shop directly on 01509 852959 (Option 1). Bookings of Golf Clubs, Trolleys, Caddies, Restaurant, etc If you require to book golf clubs, trolleys, caddies, restaurant, etc you should enter these requirements in the booking form or alternatively you can contact the club directly by phone on 01509852959.
