Green Fee Rates GREENFEE MESSAGE: Although the club has standard green fee rates for weekdays and weekends, we may offer savings for certain times of the day, particularly if you are prepared to avoid the busiest times, or if you book at the last minute. The price quoted is the price you pay. There is no booking fee. Company number - 01373698 (England and Wales) These are the terms and conditions for booking tee times using the online booking facility of Poulton Park Golf Club. Payment ======= Payment will be taken at the time of booking. To book a tee time online you will have to enter your credit or debit card details using our secure on line payment process. When you turn up for your round of golf you should report to the Professional's Shop. If the pro shop is closed, you should report to the Clubhouse. Refund / Cancellation Policy ============================ You can cancel your booking by contacting the Professional's Shop: 01925 825220 (Option 2). If you cancel your booking more than 1 week before your date of play, there will be a full refund made to your credit/debit card. If you cancel your booking less than 1 week in advance, there will be a charge of 50% of the green fee made to your credit/debit card. Failure To Cancel Your Booking ============================== If you fail to cancel your booking, there will be no refund of the green-fee made to your credit/debit card. Course Closed ============= If you are unable to play your round of golf due to the course being closed (e.g. bad weather), you will receive a full refund of the payment made. It is recommended, on those days of inclement weather, you check in advance to ensure no course restrictions are in force. Booking Transferable ==================== The Booking is completely transferable. Therefore, should you be unable to make your tee time, you can offer the tee time to someone else such as a family member or friend. In such circumstances it would be helpful if you could contact the Club via one of the aforementioned contact points. Handicaps ========= This facility is only available to golfers who have a handicap of 28 or less (men) or 36 or less (ladies). If you don't have a handicap, you must be able to play to an equivalent standard. Dress Code ========== Normal golf dress must be worn. Any visitor not correctly attired will not be allowed to play and will forfeit their green fee. Bookings of Golf Clubs, Trolleys, Caddies, Restaurant, etc If you require to book golf clubs, trolleys, caddies, restaurant, etc you should enter these requirements in the booking form or alternatively you can contact the club directly by phone on 01925 825220.
