This service allows you to book a tee time at our golf course over the Internet and get instant on-screen and email confirmation of your booking. These are the terms and conditions for booking tee times using our Internet booking facility. The tee time has been successfully booked. An email has been sent to your email address confirming the booking. Payment ======= For Open Competitions, full payment will be taken at the time of booking. To book a tee time online you will have to enter your credit or debit card details using our secure on line payment process. Print this page or take a note of the booking reference number below. Please bring it to the golf course when you play your round of golf. For casual golf a full pre-payment is required at the time of booking. We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless we are required by law to do so. Cancellation Policy =================== You can cancel your booking on the web site by entering your unique ref number. However, payments are non-refundable unless the course is closed, but can be transferred to another date within the same year. For Open Events refunds will only be given if the Competition is cancelled or a replacement is found. Course Closed ============= If you are unable to play your round of golf due to the course being closed (e.g. bad weather), no charge will be made to your credit/debit card or if you have already paid you can transfer to an alternative day or have a full refund. Booking Transferable ==================== The Booking is completely Transferable. Therefore, should you be unable to make your tee time, you can offer the tee time to someone else such as a family member or friend. Handicaps ========= This facility is only available to golfers who have a handicap of 28 or less (men) or 36 or less (ladies). For Mixed Open maximum 24 shots per couple. Dress Code ========== The following are not permitted: denims,football/rugby tops and cargo trousers /shorts. Shorts to be tailored with belt loops. Socks with shorts to be knee length or sport socks (predominantly white). Turtle neck golf shirts allowed. All shirts to be tucked in. Spikes ====== Soft Spikes may be worn. Golf Buggies Pennard now has 10 two-seater buggies available to hire.
