Payment ======= To book a tee time online you will have to enter your credit or debit card details using our secure on-line payment process. Full payment is required at the time of booking. If the clubhouse is closed on arrival, you must call in after your round is complete. Open Competitions - If you are booking into an Open Competition full payment will be taken from your card. Please note that the Match Committee reserve the right to amend the draw within a 20 min period either side of booked tee time. Draws will ordinarily be published but please also check with the club about your tee time. Cancellation Policy =================== You can cancel your booking on the web site by entering your unique booking reference number. If you cancel your booking more than 1 week before your date of play, the payment will be refunded to your credit/debit card. If you cancel your booking less than 1 week in advance, no refund will be made to your credit/debit card. Failure To Cancel Your Booking ============================== If you fail to cancel your booking, there will be a charge of 100% of the green fee made to your credit/debit card. Course Closed ============= If you are unable to play your round of golf due to the course being closed (e.g. bad weather), the payment will be refunded to your credit/debit card. Booking Transferable ==================== The Booking is completely transferable. Therefore, should you be unable to make your tee time, you can offer the tee time to someone else such as a family member or friend. Handicaps ========= This facility is only available to golfers who have a handicap of 28 or less (men) or 36 or less (ladies). If you don't have a handicap, you must be able to play to an equivalent standard. Dress Code ========== Torn or dirty denims, football tops, tracksuit bottoms and shirts not designed for golf are not permitted but smart jeans may be worn in casual play. Smart jeans must not be worn during competition play under any circumstances. Golf shoes must be worn on the Course at all times but not in the lounge or bar areas in the Clubhouse. Everyone is asked to respect these standards and no-one should be offended if they are asked to leave the Clubhouse or Course in the event that they are unable to comply. Spikes ====== Spikes may be worn. Bookings of Golf Clubs, Trolleys, Caddies, Restaurant, etc If you require to book golf clubs, trolleys, caddies, restaurant, etc you should enter these requirements in the booking form or alternatively you can contact the club directly by phone on 01506 891097.
