Terms and Conditions

Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before booking a tee time.

These are the terms and conditions for booking tee times using our
Internet booking facility.

Payment
=======
To book a tee time on-line you will have to enter your credit or
debit card details using our secure on-line payment process.

For green fees a non-refundable £20 deposit per person will be taken at the time of booking.

Please note the full entry fee will be required when entering our Open Competitions.

When you turn up for your round of golf you should report to the Pro shop before beginning your round to pay the balance of your booking. If the Pro shop is closed, you should call in after your round is complete.

The Club can provide caddies and any requests should be added into the notes. It is not always possible to provide caddies and it is advisable to contact the club direct to confirm your request has been successful.

Cancellation Policy
===================

The £20 visitor booking deposit per person is non-refundable.

For Open Competition bookings a full refund of the entry fee will be paid if the cancellation is made more than one week in advance.

For any cancellations made in the week preceding the Open Competition the Club will refund 50% of your entry fee.

No refund will be given for any bookings cancelled the day before the event.

Failure To Cancel Your Booking
==============================
If you fail to cancel your booking, there will be a charge of 100% of
the green fee made to your credit/debit card.

Booking Transferable
====================
The Booking is completely transferable. Therefore, should you be unable
to make your tee time, you can offer the tee time to someone else such
as a family member or friend.

Course Closed
=============
If you are unable to play your round of golf due to the course being
closed (e.g. bad weather), no charge will be made to your credit/debit
card and any deposits paid will be refunded.

Open Competitions
=================
Please supply a valid CDH Number in the 'Other Requirements Box'.
The Full Entry fee will be taken at time of booking. Cancellations refunded as per above instructions.

Handicaps
=========
This facility is only available to golfers who have a handicap of 36 or
less (men) or 54 or less (ladies). If you don't have a handicap, you
must be able to play to an equivalent standard.

Dress Code
==========
Normal dress code applies. The following are therefore not
permitted: ripped denims, football/rugby tops, sleeveless shirts.

Spikes
======
Spikes may be worn.

Catering
========

Hours of business vary during the playing and off-season. Core catering hours from 1st April to 30th September are 10am-6pm Sunday-Thursday and 10am-8pm Friday & Saturday. From 1st October catering will be available from 10am to 4pm. Hours are subject to change. For catering requests and reservations out with these hours please contact the Club.

Golf Buggies

The Club has 4 buggies which can be booked. If you require a buggy please contact the Pro Shop on 01343 813330 where buggy booking can be confirmed. Buggy available at the discretion of the Club.

Bookings of Golf Clubs, Trolleys, Caddies, Restaurant, etc

If you require to book golf clubs, trolleys, caddies, restaurant, etc you should enter these requirements in the booking form or alternatively you can contact the club directly by phone on 01343 812018.
