Green Fee Rates

GREEN FEE MESSAGE:
Please note that during the winter, trolleys may not be allowed - telephone the pro shop on 020 8959 2339 to check before you arrive.
The prices quoted are the standard green fee rates. Resident pass holders, vouchers and reciprocal discounts will be applied at the pro shop on arrival. Please be advised that if you book a tee time outside the operating hours of the pro shop (8:00-18:30), you may proceed to the course for your round and either your credit/debit card will be billed automatically or the course marshal will come out to the course to collect your green fee.

These are the terms and conditions for booking tee times using our
Internet booking facility.

Buggies
=======
To book a buggy you must contact the pro shop directly by phone.

Payment
=======
Payment is taken at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy
===================
Cancellation with more than 48hrs notice will be fully refunded.
 
If you cancel your booking with less than 48 hours before your day of play for any reason, including quarantine for Covid 19, there
will be a charge of 50% of the total green fees booked.

In order to cancel a booking you must have made contact by phone, or had a response to an email you may have sent. An email sent overnight the day before and unanswered does not qualify.

Failure To Cancel Your Booking

If you fail to cancel your booking, there will be a charge of 100% of
the total green fee made to your credit/debit card.

Course Closed
=============
If you are unable to play your round of golf due to course closure,
we will refund 100% of fees paid.

Booking Transferable
====================
The Booking is transferable to another player. Therefore, should you be unable
to make your tee time, you can offer the tee time to someone else such
as a family member or friend. The tee time is not transferrable to another day.

Handicaps
=========
This facility is available to golfers who have a handicap of 28 or
less (men) or 36 or less (ladies). If you don't have a handicap, you
should be able to play to an equivalent standard.

Dress Code
==========
A traditional golf dress code applies. The following are therefore not
permitted: denims, football/beach shorts, football/rugby tops, trainers.
Golf shoes must be worn.

Spikes
======
Spikes may be worn.

Golf Buggies

BUGGY MESSAGE:
The club has 6 buggies that can be booked. If you require a buggy,
you should ring the Pro Shop on 0208 959 2339.
