Green Fee Rates Book online for our best available rates and special offers Payment Options The following credit and debit cards are acceptable: Terms and Conditions Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before booking a tee time. These are the terms and conditions for booking tee times using our Internet booking facility. Payment ======= To book a tee time through our web site, you will have to enter your credit or debit card details using our on-line secure payment process. CASUAL GOLF - We will take a £20.00 per head deposit initially, and then 7 days before your visit we will require you to confirm final numbers by e-mail or telephone, at which point we will take the balance due. If you book within 4 weeks of the day you wish to play, the full amount will be taken from your card. OPEN EVENTS - We take the full payment at the time of booking. Active Handicap Certificates must be produced to the Pro Shop on arrival. Cancellation Policy =================== You can cancel your booking on our web site by entering your unique reference number. If you cancel your booking more than 2 weeks before your date of play, you will not incur any additional charge. If you cancel your booking less than 2 weeks before your date of play, your deposit will not be refunded. Failure To Cancel Your Booking ============================== If you fail to cancel your booking, there will be a charge of 100% of the green fee made to your credit/debit card. Course Closed ============= If you are unable to play your round of golf due to the course being closed (e.g. bad weather), you will receive a full refund of your green fee. Booking Transferable ==================== The Booking is completely transferable. Therefore, should you be unable to make your tee time, you can offer the tee time to someone else such as a family member or friend. On Arrival ========== Please report to Pro Shop. Handicaps ========= GENERAL PLAY - Handicap Certificates are not required for general play, however players must have the ability to play to a reasonable standard to ensure their enjoyment and the enjoyment of others on the course at the same time. OPEN EVENTS - Active Handicap Certificates are require by all players in all Open Competitions. Dress Code ========== Any clothing specifically manufactured for golf is acceptable. The following are therefore not permitted: denims, football/rugby tops, etc. Tailored shorts are permitted on the course with white sports socks that are above the ankle. Clubhouse ========== Smart casual clothing should be worn in the Clubhouse. No denim wear or trainers are permitted. Summer months - Gentlemen are permitted to wear shorts in the lounge or dining room. Course ====== Golf shoes only, no trainers. Golf Buggies The Club has 6 buggies available at a price of £20.00 per round or £30.00 per day.
