Once you have completed and submitted the form, the Club will need to verify your details and activate your account before you will be able to login and book.

Member Terms and Conditions TERMS AND CONDITIONS: These are the terms and conditions for booking tee times using our Internet booking facility. Covid - 19 Guidelines ======= We request a stringent enforcement of social distancing whilst playing golf. It is imperative that all golfers adhere to the guidelines and protect themselves. -Please wear masks inside the clubhouse, pro shop and bar/restaurant until seated -The Pro Shop will remain open and social distancing recommendations adhered to. Please do not delay or congregate around the counter and use card payments only. -Please ensure you have washed your hands or sanitised before coming into the clubhouse -When playing golf, do not remove the pin from the hole, refrain from handling other golfers’ clubs, golf balls and scorecards. -Practice social distancing on course. -Bunker rakes will also be removed from all bunkers, placing within 6 inches is in play & Please simply smooth over and marks with your foot. -Follow the travel advice from the Department of Foreign Affairs. -Stay at home if you are sick to help stop the spread of whatever infection you may have. Payment ======= To book a tee time on-line you will have to enter your credit or debit card details using our secure on-line payment process. We reserve the right to process the transaction as a confirmation for the booking. When you turn up for your round of golf, you can choose to pay by cash instead of credit card. If you do choose to pay with cash, we will refund your credit card. You must report to the Pro shop before beginning your round. Cancellation Policy =================== You can cancel your booking on the web site by entering you unique ref number. If you cancel your booking more than 1 week before your date of play, there will be no charge made to your credit/debit card. If you cancel your booking less than 1 week in advance, there will be a charge of 50% of the green fee made to your credit/debit card. Failure To Cancel Your Booking ============================== If you fail to cancel your booking, there will be a charge of 100% of the green fee made to your credit/debit card. Open Competitions ================== Payments for Open Competitions will be taken in full at the time of booking. Course Closed ============= If you are unable to play your round of golf due to the course being closed (e.g. bad weather), no charge will be made to your credit/debit card. Booking Transferable ==================== The Booking is completely Transferable. Therefore, should you be unable to make your tee time, you can offer the tee time to someone else such as a family member or friend. Handicaps ========= This facility is only available to golfers who have a handicap of 28 or less (men) or 36 or less (ladies). If you don't have a handicap, you must be able to play to an equivalent standard. Dress Code ========== Normal GUI/ILGU dress code applies. The following are therefore not permitted: Denims, Football/GAA/Rugby shorts or tops, T-Shirts, Trainers or Street Shoes.
