Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before booking a tee time.

SAMPLE TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
These are the terms and conditions for booking tee times using our
Internet booking facility.

Even if payment has been made prior to visiting the Golf Club it is a Club requirement that ALL players must check in with the Pro Shop staff prior to play.

Payment
=======
To book a tee time on-line you will have to enter your credit or
debit card details using our secure on-line payment process.

Cancellation Policy
===================
You can cancel your booking on the web site by entering you unique
ref number.

If you cancel your booking more than 1 week before your date of play,
there will be no charge made to your credit/debit card.

Course Status
=============
There maybe times when the use of Electric Trolleys on the golf course is banned except for those trolleys fitted with winter wheels. Please check the trolley status for the day prior to visiting by either calling the course information line on 01509 890703 ext 4 or by visiting our Club Website.

Course Closed
=============
If you are unable to play your round of golf due to the course being
closed (e.g. bad weather), a refund will be made to your debit/credit card.

Booking Transferable
====================
The Booking is completely Transferable. Therefore, should you be unable
to make your tee time, you can offer the tee time to someone else such
as a family member or friend.

Handicaps
=========
This facility is only available to golfers who have a handicap of 28 or
less (men) or 36 or less (ladies). If you don't have a handicap, you
must be able to play to an equivalent standard.

Dress Code
==========
Normal GUI/ILGU dress code applies. The following are therefore not
permitted: denims, shorts, football/rugby tops, .....

Spikes
======
Spikes may be worn.

Golf Buggies

There are no buggies available at Lingdale Golf Club

Bookings of Golf Clubs, Trolleys, Caddies, Restaurant, etc

If you require to book golf clubs, trolleys, caddies, restaurant, etc you should enter these requirements in the booking form or alternatively you can contact the club directly by phone on 01509 890703.
