Green Fee Rates Although the club has standard green fee rates for weekdays and weekends, we offer significant savings for certain times of the day, particularly if you are prepared to avoid the busiest times, or if you book at the last minute. Payment ======= Payment will be taken at the time of booking (GBP). To book a tee time online you will have to enter your credit or debit card details using our secure on line payment process. You should print off or make a note of your booking reference as this will be required on your arrival at the Club. Refund / Cancellation Policy ============================ You can cancel your booking by contacting Lees Hall Golf Club by email, pro@leeshallgolfclub.co.uk or telephone, 01142 554402. Please remember your booking details will be required to confirm the cancellation. If you cancel your booking more than 1 week before your date of play, there will be no charge made to your credit/debit card. If you cancel your booking less than 1 week in advance, there will be a charge of 50% of the green fee made to your credit/debit card. Failure To Cancel Your Booking ============================== If you fail to cancel your booking, there will be a charge of 100% of the green fee made to your credit/debit card. Course Closed ============= If you are unable to play your round of golf due to the course being closed (e.g. bad weather), no charge will be made to your credit/debit card. Booking Transferable ==================== The Booking is completely Transferable. Therefore, should you be unable to make your tee time, you can offer the tee time to someone else such as a family member or friend. Handicaps ========= This facility is only available to golfers who have a handicap of 28 or less (men) or 36 or less (ladies). If you don't have a handicap, you must be able to play to an equivalent standard. Dress Code ========== On the course Shirts must have a collar and be tucked into trousers/shorts Trousers or shorts are to be worn but only shorts designed for golf are allowed, no cargo shorts are permitted When wearing shorts, socks must be worn which must be white, ankle length versions are acceptable but must be white in colour Only shoes designed for golf are allowed on the course, training shoes are not allowed in any circumstance Spikes ====== Spikes may be worn. Golf Buggies The club has 4 buggies that can be booked. If you require a buggy, you should enter this in the booking form. Alternatively call 01142554402.
