This service allows you to book a tee time at our golf course over the Internet and get instant on-screen and email confirmation of your booking. Kirby Muxloe Golf Club, Station Road, Kirby Muxloe, Leicester, LE9 2EP TERMS AND CONDITIONS: These are the terms and conditions for booking tee times using our Internet booking facility. Payment ======= To book a tee time on-line you will have to enter your credit or debit card details using our secure on-line payment process. You should report to the Pro shop before beginning your round. If the Pro shop is closed, you should call in after your round is complete. Cancellation Policy =================== You can cancel your booking by phoning 0116 239 3457 For Green Fees; If cancellation is made giving at least 24 hours notice, then you have the choice or either accepting a voucher to play at an alternative time or receiving a refund of the monies paid less a £10.00 administration charge. If cancellation is within 24 hours, you have the choice of either accepting a voucher to play at an alternative time or a refund of 50% of the monies paid. For Open Competition Entries: Refunds will only be made once the event has been played. In the event that a replacement booking was received for the time selected, a full refund will be due. If a replacement booking was not received, a full refund will be made less the amount apportioned to the prize table for that event. If cancellation is less than 24 hours, either a voucher will be issued to play at an alternative time or 50% of the monies paid will be refunded. Failure To Cancel Your Booking ============================== If you fail to cancel your booking, there will be a charge of 100% of the green fee made to your credit/debit card. Course Closed ============= If you are unable to play your round of golf due to the course being closed , no charge will be made to your credit/debit card. Booking Transferable ==================== The Booking is completely Transferable. Therefore, should you be unable to make your tee time, you can offer the tee time to someone else such as a family member or friend. Dress Code ========== Normal GUI/ILGU dress code applies. The following are therefore not permitted: denims, shorts, football/rugby tops, ..... Spikes ====== Spikes may be worn. Golf Buggies BUGGY MESSAGE: The club has 5 buggies that can be booked. If you require a buggy, you should enter this in the booking form. The use of buggies is entirely at the discretion of Kirby Muxloe golf Club Bookings of Golf Clubs, Trolleys, Caddies, Restaurant, etc If you require to book golf clubs, trolleys, caddies, restaurant, etc you should enter these requirements in the booking form or alternatively you can contact the club directly by phone on 01162393457.
