TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
These are the terms and conditions for booking tee times using our
Internet booking facility.
Payment
=======
To book a tee time on-line you will have to enter your credit or
debit card details using our secure on-line payment process.
As we only take visitor bookings online 30 days in advance full payment will be requested to confirm your booking.
When you turn up for your round of golf you should register in the Professionals Shop before beginning your round.
Cancellation Policy
===================
You may cancel your booking by contacting the Club by email - honsec@ilkleygolfclub.co.uk or telephone - 01943 600214.
Please remember your booking details will be required to confirm the cancellation.
If you cancel your booking more than 1 week before your date of play, there will be no charge made to your credit/debit card.
If you cancel your booking less than 1 week in advance, there will be a charge of 50% of the green fee made to your credit/debit card or you will be given the opportunity to rearrange your round on an alternative date.
For all Open competitions a FULL ENTRY FEE will be required at time of booking. Should you cancel more than 1 month prior to the event a full refund will be given, if cancelled less than 1 month prior a full charge may be required, depending on whether or not the space is filled.
All Open Day prize winners must be able to produce on request, evidence of a valid CONGU handicap in order to collect their prize. Failure to do so will result in the prize being awarded to the next eligible score.
For all catering bookings, final numbers are required 48 hours in advance of your arrival. In the event of numbers reducing after this point, the Caterer reserves the right to charge for the full numbers as confirmed 48 hours prior to your visit.
Failure To Cancel Your Booking

No refund will be given if you fail to cancel your booking and do not notify the Club in advance.
Course Closed
=============
If you are unable to play your round of golf due to the course being closed (e.g. bad weather), a full refund will be given and no further charges will be made to your credit/debit card.
Booking Transferable
====================
The Booking is completely Transferable. Therefore, should you be unable to make your tee time, you can offer the tee time to someone else such as a family member or friend.
Handicaps
=========
Whilst it isn't a requirement of the Club to request a handicap certificate, we still reserve the right to do so if necessary.
Dress Code
==========
Normal Golf Club dress code applies. Players are expected to maintain a high standard of dress on the course and whilst in the Clubhouse.
Collarless tee shirts, jeans, tracksuits, trainers, sandals are not permitted on the course or in the Clubhouse. Gentlemen must wear socks with shoes at all times.
Tailored shorts may be worn with knee length socks or white sports socks.
Recognised golf shoes must be worn on the golf course.
The dress code in the Dining Room and Card Room after 7pm is jacket and tie.

General
==========
If any member of your party has a disability and requires assistance, please let us know in advance of his or her needs.
Mobile devices can be used in the Clubhouse and on the course providing they do not impinge on other peoples enjoyment; however the making and receiving of phone calls both in the Clubhouse (including the terrace) and on the course is prohibited.
