Green Fee Rates GREENFEE MESSAGE: Although the club has standard green fee rates for weekdays and weekends, we offer significant savings for certain times of the day, particularly if you are prepared to avoid the busiest times, or if you book at the last minute. The price quoted is the price you pay. There is no booking fee. HIGH LEGH PARK GOLF CLUB TERMS AND CONDITIONS These are the terms and conditions for booking tee times using our online booking facility. Payment ======= To book a tee time online you will have to enter your credit or debit card details using our secure on-line payment process. Payment is required to confirm booking and will be taken in full at the time of booking. When you turn up for your round of golf You should report to the pro shop before beginning your round. If the pro shop is closed, you should call in after your round is complete. Cancellation Policy =================== If you cancel your booking more than 3 days before your date of play or within 12 hours of making the booking, there will be a charge of 3% of the green fee made to your credit/debit card. If you cancel your booking within 3 days of the tee time, there will be a charge of 100% of the green fee made to your credit/debit card. Failure To Cancel Your Booking ============================== If you fail to cancel your booking, there will be a charge of 100% of the green fee made to your credit/debit card. Course Closed ============= If you are unable to play your round of golf due to the course being closed (e.g. bad weather), you will have the option of a full refund or you can transfer the round to another date. Any difference in cost will have to be paid or will be refunded. Booking Transferable ==================== The Booking is completely transferable. Therefore, should you be unable to make your tee time, you can offer the tee time to someone else such as a family member or friend. (Open competitions however must be transferred to a person with a valid handicap and the club must be notified before the day of the competition). You can transfer your tee time to another date or time providing that you give the club at least 24 hours notice. Any difference in cost will have to be paid or will be refunded. Dress Code ========== Normal golf dress code applies. The following are therefore not permitted: denims, shorts, football/rugby tops, ..... Spikes ====== Spikes may not worn. Golf Buggies Golf Buggies The club has 10 buggies that can be booked. If you require a buggy, you should enter this in the booking form. Please note buggies must be returned by 8:30pm midweek and 6:30pm at weekends. Bookings of Golf Clubs, Trolleys, Caddies, Restaurant, etc If you require to book golf clubs, trolleys, caddies, restaurant, etc you should enter these requirements in the booking form or alternatively you can contact the club directly by phone on 01565 830 888.
