Green Fee Rates WINTER 4 BALL SPECIAL OFFER COMMENCES ON 1st NOVEMBER- THE ON-LINE PRICE OF £100 FOR A 4 BALL PLEASE BE AWARE THAT WINTER RULES APPLY TO ALL BOOKINGS FROM 1ST NOVEMBER, THESE RULES INCLUDE THE USE OF FAIRWAY MATS AND/OR PLAYING FROM THE FIRST CUT. PLEASE CHECK WITH THE PRO SHOP ON THE DAY FOR ANY AMENDMENTS TO THESE RULES. Although the club has standard green fee rates for weekdays and weekends, we offer significant savings for certain times of the day, particularly if you are prepared to avoid the busiest times, or if you book at the last minute. The price quoted is the price you pay. There is no booking fee. HALLAMSHIRE GOLF CLUB TERMS AND CONDITIONS: The following terms and conditions apply for ALL visitor tee reservations using our online Internet booking facility. Bookings and Payment =================== To book a tee time on-line you will need to enter your credit or debit card details using our secure on-line payment process. Full payment for your tee reservation will be taken from your credit or debit card at the time of booking. Bookings will only be confirmed once all mandatory fields have been completed online and a booking reference number provided. Please report to the Pro shop before beginning your round. We recommend arrival at the Club at least 20 minutes before your tee-off time Cancellation Policy =================== Please contact the Secretary on 0114 230 2153 or the Professional on 0114 230 5222 if you need to cancel or amend your booking. We will seek to offer an alternative time that is suitable or agree a refund. We reserve the right to charge for cancellations less than 24 hours ahead. If you fail to cancel your booking, no refunds will be made. Course Closed ============= In the unlikely event that the course is closed for unsuitable conditions, we will offer you a full refund, OR an alternative and mutually agreeable tee reservation for another day. Booking Amendments ================== We reserve the right to change your tee reservation if exceptional conditions arise. Should we need to do so, then as a minimum we will offer a full refund of all prepaid fees OR a complimentary tee booking for the same number of players on an alternative mutually agreeable date and time. Booking Transfers =============== Your booking is transferable. Should you be unable to make your tee time, you can offer the booking to someone else such as a family member or friend, providing they accept these terms and conditions, and meet our playing criteria such as dress code and etiquette etc. Handicaps ========= Hallamshire is a great golfing challenge and we therefore ask that visitors have a maximum handicap of 28 (men) or 36 or (ladies). We reserve the right to refuse play if your standard of golf or dress and etiquette do not meet our requirements, which have been established to please all players and visitors alike. Our website outlines our dress code for both on course attire and in the Clubhouse. On course ========== We do not offer buggies for hire, given the terrain of the course, but personal single buggies can be used subject to our buggy policy (see website for details). Hand pull and electric trolleys can be hired from the Pro shop and requested at time of booking or arranged on the day subject to availability. Spiked shoes may be worn on the course. Golf Buggies There are no buggies for hire, please consult our website for our buggy policy.
