Thank you for booking to play Aboyne Golf Club. We are looking forward to welcoming you to the oldest club on Royal Deeside. Below you will find a few Terms & Conditions for booking tee times using our Internet booking facility.
Payment: Will be taken at the time of booking.
1. Refund / Cancellation Policy

If you cancel your booking more than one week before your scheduled date of play, you will be entitled to a full refund.
If you cancel your booking less than one week in advance of your date of play, there will be a charge of 50% of the green fee made to your credit/debit card.
No refunds will be given for cancellations submitted less than 48 hours before your scheduled tee time.
Failure To Cancel Your Booking - If you fail to cancel your booking, there will be a charge of 100% of the green fee made to your credit/debit card.
Wherever possible we will endeavour to reassign the tee time to avoid you incurring cancellation costs. Please note however this is not always achievable. If feasible, we will also offer you an alternative date and time to play our course at an equivalent green fee rate and time.
You can cancel your booking on the web site by entering you unique reference number.
2. Course Closed
=============
If you are unable to play your round of golf due to the course being closed you will be entitled to re-book or receive a full refund. If the course is open and you decide not to play no refund will be given.
3. Bad Weather Policy

4. Booking Transferable
====================
The Booking is not Transferable.
5. Handicaps
=========
This facility is only available to golfers who have a handicap of 28 or less (men) or 36 or less (ladies). If you don't have a handicap, you must be able to play to an equivalent standard.
6. Dress Code
==========
Normal Golf Club dress code applies. The following are therefore not permitted: Vest tops, tracksuit/shell suits, football/rugby tops and shorts. Shorts must be smart and tailored are allowed. The wearing of caps, hats etc is not allowed in the clubhouse.
7. Spikes

Spikes may be worn.
