VISITORS ONLINE BOOKINGS - TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
These are the terms and conditions for Visitors booking online tee times using our Internet booking facility.
Payment
=======
To book a tee time on-line you will have to enter your credit
or debit card details using our secure on-line payment process.
100% of the total price will be deducted.
You should report to the Pro shop before beginning your round. If the Pro shop is closed,
you must call to the Club Office . Golf should not be played until you have registered & received your scorecard.
Cancellation Policy
===================
You may cancel your booking on the web site by entering your unique
ref number or telephone our Club Office or Pro Shop.
If you cancel your booking up to 3 days before your date of play,
there will be no charge and your will be entitled to 100% refund.
If you cancel your booking less than 48 hrs in advance, there will be no refund.
Failure To Cancel Your Booking

If you fail to cancel your booking, there will be no refund.
Course Closed
=============
If you are unable to play your round of golf due to the course being
closed (e.g. snow, frost or course maintenance) you can contact the club office (01 4589254) to arrange a refund or to reschedule your round of golf.
Visitor Booking is Transferable
====================
The Booking is completely transferable. Therefore should you be unable to make your tee time, you can offer the tee time to someone else. In this case the new name must be entered on the timesheet to be eligible for competitions. Substitutions can only be made if the change meets the parameters of the competition e.g.Men only or Ladies only competitions .
Dress Code
==========
Normal GUI/ILGU dress code applies. The following are therefore not
permitted on the course: Denims,football/rugby tops,track suits.
Smart Casual Dress in the Clubhouse .
Spikes
======
Soft Spikes only may be worn on the course .
