Open Competitions - Online Reservation Welcome to the Gullane Golf Club Internet Tee Time Reservation Service. This service allows you to book a tee time at our golf course over the Internet and get instant on-screen and email confirmation of your booking. Select the competition you want to play in by clicking the 'Book Now' button. There are no open competitions set up. Payment Options The following credit and debit cards are acceptable: Terms and Conditions Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before booking a tee time. These are the terms and conditions for booking tee times using our Internet booking facility. Daylight Hours Please ensure you have enough daylight hours to complete your round and check the sunset hours for your date of play. The Club suggests you allow 4 hours for your round. The expected Sunset hour for each day is shown at the bottom of each day's tee sheet. Payment of Green Fees Full payment is due at the time of booking which can be made via debit or credit card. Payment is not transferable between dates and courses. Payment will be refunded in full more than two months prior to the date of play. Within 2 months there will be no refund. Green fees can only be booked online for adult single rounds and seasonal offers. (Maximum handicap for No.1 Course is 24 for gents and 30 for ladies) All other types of green fees must be booked by contacting the club and not booked online. eg. juniors, day rates etc. as no monies will be refunded once the online booking has been made. We regret that we cannot offer refunds due to delayed/cancelled flights or travel plans, personal injury or illness. We recommend that you have travel insurance to cover this eventuality. Weather Conditions Only in the event that the course is closed on the date of play will the Club refund green fees or transfer them to another date. If a transfer is permitted, golf must be played before 31/12/24. (The courses do not normally close for windy conditions.) Pairing Up The Club reserves the right to pair visitors up in tee times without prior advice. Disclaimer The Club reserves the right to change the terms and conditions without prior notice. Golf Buggies All rental items can be hired via the Professional’s Shop. 2 seater motorised buggies can be hired via the Pro Shop and early booking is advisable. The rate for 2024 is £50 per round and £80 per day. Caddies The Club has a small number of caddies available. Requests are taken at [email protected] or telephone 44 (0)1620 843 767. Caddies are available on prior request, and although they cannot be guaranteed, every effort will be made to fulfill your requirements. The rate is £55 per round plus gratuity. The caddies are self employed and not employees of the Club and therefore must be paid direct in cash. CADDY CANCELLATION POLICY: Our caddies are self-employed and depend on caddying and gratuities to make a living. Many of them also have to travel from outwith Gullane to work. With this in mind, should any golfer(s) cancel their caddy booking less than 24 hours before play, a £55 fee payable to the caddy in question will be chargeable. We appreciate your understanding and co-operation should this unfortunate scenario occur Push/Pull Trolleys Can be hired via the Pro Shop. The rate is £8 for the round or day. Wide wheeled pull/push trolleys only are allowed and should not be taken on to tees or beyond marked lines beside greens. Wide wheeled trolleys can accommodate all golf bags. The Proshop has in stock a large quantity of push/pull trolleys. During peak times however supplies may be in high demand so if you need a trolley in order to play golf, you should check in advance with the Pro Shop whether prior booking is required. Electric Trolleys The latest Powacaddy electric trolleys can be hired for £20 per round or £35 per day. Club Hire Can be hired via the Pro Shop. The latest, top of the range TaylorMade equipment is available to further your Gullane experience whether a beginner, intermediate or advanced player. We have clubs to suit your game. Premier Set - £50 per round, £75 per day Advance booking is advisable so that your equipment needs can be catered for.
