Green Fee Rates You can see our current Green Fees on the Club website at: http://www.glamorganshiregolfclub.co.uk Special packages are available for visiting societies. Please check the Club website, or contact the General Manager on (029.20 70 1185 Ext 3) or by email to [email protected] to discuss your requirements. Although there are standard green fee rates for weekdays and weekends, we offer significant savings for certain times of the day, particularly if you are prepared to avoid the busiest times, or if you book on-line. The price quoted is the price you pay. There is no booking fee. Payment Options The following credit and debit cards are acceptable: Terms and Conditions Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before booking a tee time. These are the terms and conditions for booking tee times using our Internet booking facility. Payment ======= To book a tee time on-line you will have to enter your credit or debit card details using our secure on-line payment process. Your card details will be procesed and charged in full when making the booking. You should report to the Pro shop before beginning your round. If the Pro shop is closed,you should call in at the Management office. Cancellation Policy =================== You can cancel your booking on the web site by entering your unique reference number. If you cancel your booking more than 1 week before your date of play, we shall refund your payment in full. If you cancel your booking less than 1 week in advance, you will receive a refund of 50% of the green fee. Failure To Cancel Your Booking ============================== If you fail to cancel your booking, we reserve the right not to make any refunds. Course Closed ============= If you are unable to play your round of golf due to the course being closed (e.g. bad weather), your green fee will be repaid and your credit/debit card refunded. Booking Transferable ==================== The Booking is completely Transferable. Therefore, should you be unable to make your tee time, you can offer the tee time to someone else such as a family member or friend. Handicaps ========= This facility is only available to golfers who have a handicap of 28 or less (men) or 36 or less (ladies). If you don't have a handicap, you must be able to play to an equivalent standard. Dress Code ========== Recognised and conventional golf clothing and footwear only may be worn. Shorts should be tailored. Socks (predominantly white) of any length may be worn Shirts must have collars Turtle neck style shirts are allowed Shirts must be tucked into trousers or shorts Dispensation for Lady Golfers Lady golfers may wear sleeveless shirts and cropped trousers Shirts/tops may be worn outside trousers or skirts Lady members and visitors may wear earrings. Clubhouse Smart casual dress is required. Recognised and conventional golf clothing may be worn in the Henry Howell spikes bar Exclusions Not Allowed - Anywhere, Anytime: Facial jewelry (Men only) Denim clothing. Football, Rugby type shirts or shorts with side pockets Trouser bottoms must not be tucked into socks Tracksuits or Trainers Waterproofs and golf jackets are not allowed in the clubhouse Spikes ====== Spikes may be worn. Golf Buggies The club has 6 buggies that can be booked online for visitors, please select the number of buggies required from the drop down menu when entering your contact details.
