Green Fee Rates

Green fees are paid on the understanding that visitors agree to adhere to the Gathurst Golf Clubs Code of Conduct and respect the clubs dress code on the course and in the club house.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
These are the terms and conditions for booking tee times using our
Internet booking facility.  By confirming this booking you are agreeing to our terms and conditions.

Course Conditions
=================
It is your responsibility to check the clubs daily course status prior to commencing your round of golf, you can do so by viewing the status on the club website or ringing 01257 253502.

Club Pro Shop
=============
You must report and sign in to the club pro shop presenting your booking confirmation prior to commencing your round of golf. We will not allow entry onto the course without a valid booking confirmation.

Payment
=======
Payment will be taken at the time of booking. To book a tee time online you will have to enter your credit or debit card details using our secure on line payment process. You should print off or make a note of your booking reference as this will be required on your arrival at the Club.

Cancellation Policy / Refund
============================
You can cancel your booking by contacting Gathurst Golf Club Ltd by email, secretary@gathurstgolfclub.co.uk or telephone, 01257255235. Please remember your booking details will be required to confirm the cancellation. Refunds are at the discretion of the club, the general secretary's decision is final.

Failure To Cancel Your Booking
==============================
If you fail to cancel your booking, there will be a charge of 100% of
the green fee made to your credit/debit card.

Course Closed
=============
If you are unable to play your round of golf due to the course being
closed (e.g. bad weather), no charge will be made to your credit/debit
card.

Booking Transferable
====================
The Booking is completely Transferable. Therefore, should you be unable
to make your tee time, you can offer the tee time to someone else such
as a family member or friend.

Handicaps
=========
This facility is only available to golfers who have a handicap of 28 or
less (men) or 36 or less (ladies). If you don't have a handicap, you
must be able to play to an equivalent standard.

Dress Code
==========
You are expected to dress accordingly for golf, the dress code is available to view on the club website, you are expected to make yourself aware of the clubs dress code. The following are therefore not permitted, training shoes, Walking shoes, denims, cargo or sports shorts, football/rugby tops any form of tracksuit.

Golf Buggies

Check with the team in the Professional Shop for any daily buggy restrictions

Bookings of Golf Clubs, Trolleys, Caddies, Restaurant, etc

If you require to book golf clubs, trolleys, caddies, restaurant, etc you should enter these
requirements in the booking form or alternatively you can contact the club
directly by phone on Office 01257 255235.
