TERMS AND CONDITIONS: These are the terms and conditions for booking tee times using our Internet booking facility. Payment ======= Payment will be taken at the time of booking (GBP). To book a tee time online you will have to enter your credit or debit card details using our secure on line payment process. You should print off or make a note of your booking reference as this will be required on your arrival at the Club. Refund / Cancellation Policy ============================ You can cancel your booking by contacting Formby Golf Club by email, enquiries@formbygolfclub.co.uk or telephone, 01704 872164. Please remember your booking details will be required to confirm the cancellation. Please note Deposits are non refundable if the golf or number of players decrease with less than 30 days notice. PLEASE NOTE WE REQUIRE 48 HOURS NOTICE TO CANCEL CADDIES. Failure To Cancel Your Booking ============================== If you fail to cancel your booking, there will be a charge of 100% of the green fee made to your credit/debit card. Course Closed ============= If you are unable to play your round of golf due to the course being closed (e.g. bad weather), no charge will be made to your credit/debit card. Booking Transferable ==================== The Booking is completely Transferable. Therefore, should you be unable to make your tee time, you can offer the tee time to someone else such as a family member or friend. Handicaps ========= This facility is only available to golfers who have a handicap of 28 or less (men) or 36 or less (ladies). If you don't have a handicap, you must be able to play to an equivalent standard. Dress Code ========== Normal GUI/ILGU dress code applies. The following are therefore not permitted: denims, shorts, football/rugby tops. Spikes ====== Spikes may be worn on the course although soft spikes are preferred. Golf Buggies We are mainly a walking course but have two buggies available for the use of our disabled guests. Please contact us prior to your visit if you require one of these, as they must be booked in advance. If you wish to bring your own single seater buggy, please contact the office as you must have your own insurance and sign a disclaimer. Bookings of Golf Clubs, Trolleys, Caddies, Restaurant, etc If you require to book golf clubs, trolleys, caddies, restaurant, etc you should enter these requirements in the booking form or alternatively you can contact the club directly by phone on 01704 872164.
