TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
These are the terms and conditions for booking tee times using our
Internet booking facility. Please check the Scottish government tier 4 travel guidelines before booking as your time may be cancelled if you are out with the Falkirk Council area.
Payment
=======
Payment will be taken at the time of booking in GBP. To book a tee time online you will have to enter your credit or debit card details using our secure on line payment process. You should print off or make a note of your booking reference as this will be required on your arrival at the Club.
Refund / Cancellation Policy
============================
You can cancel your booking by contacting Falkirk Tryst Golf Club by email,
[email protected] or telephone, 01324562091. Please remember your booking details will be required to confirm the cancellation.
Visiting Parties -
When booking a visiting party a deposit of £10pp will be required to confirm the booking.
Amendments for catering numbers can be made up to 48 hours prior to your golf day with no loss to your deposits. If you wish to lower your numbers 24 hours prior to your day you will forfeit £10pp.
If you amend your numbers down on the day of your outing a full catering balance will have to be paid depending on your food requirements.
Total cancellation of your golf day will result in no deposit refund but a alternative date can be arranged if available.
Failure To Cancel Your Booking

If you fail to cancel your booking, there will be a charge of 100% of
the green fee made to your credit/debit card in GBP.
Course Closed
=============
If you are unable to play your round of golf due to the course being
closed (e.g. bad weather), no charge will be made to your credit/debit
card.
Booking Transferable
====================
The Booking is completely Transferable. Therefore, should you be unable
to make your tee time, you can offer the tee time to someone else such
as a family member or friend.
Handicaps
=========
This facility is only available to golfers who have a handicap of 28 or
less (men) or 36 or less (ladies). If you don't have a handicap, you
must be able to play to an equivalent standard.
Dress Code
==========
Normal GUI/ILGU dress code applies. The following are therefore not
permitted: denims, shorts, football/rugby tops.
Spikes
======
Spikes may be worn.
