TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Please note the following before booking your tee times via our Internet booking facility.
Payment
=======
Payment will be taken at the time of booking. To book a tee time online you will have to enter your credit or debit card details using our secure on line payment process. You should print off or make a note of your booking reference as this will be required on your arrival at the Club.
Refund / Cancellation Policy
============================
You can cancel your booking up to 24 hours in advance by contacting Fairfield Golf Club by email
[email protected] or telephone, 0161 370 1892 / 0088. Please remember your booking details will be required to confirm the cancellation.
Failure To Cancel Your Booking
==============================
If you fail to cancel your booking, there will be a charge of 100% of
the green fee made to your credit/debit card.
Course Closed
=============
If you are unable to play your round of golf due to the course being
closed (e.g. bad weather), no charge will be made to your credit/debit
card.
Booking Transferable
====================
The Booking is completely transferable. Therefore, should you be unable
to make your tee time, you can offer the tee time to someone else such
as a family member or friend.
Handicaps
=========
This facility is only available to golfers who have a handicap of 28 or
less (men) or 36 or less (ladies). If you don't have a handicap, you
must be able to play to an equivalent standard.
Dress Code
==========
Fairfield Golf Club has a modern approach to its dress regulations, and hopes that members, visitors and guests will assist in maintaining the standards expected both on the course and in the clubhouse.
On the course, smart, recognised golf clothing and golf shoes must be worn.
Golf shirts or shirts with collars must be worn
NO denim jeans, cargo pants, combat trousers, sports shorts or cut-offs.
NO Football, Rugby or shirts with indiscreet slogans or logos.
Golf caps and headwear may only be worn with the peak to the front,
and must be removed before entering the Clubhouse.
Dress in the clubhouse should be smart casual clothes (denims can be worn).
The club reserves the right to refuse admission to the Course or Clubhouse if individuals are not able to comply with our dress code, normal courtesies or the rules of golf.
