These are the terms and conditions for booking tee times using our Internet booking facility. **** Please Supply the Club with your CDH Number **** All entrants must be a Member of a Golf Club Affiliated to a Home Union. Payment ======= To book a tee time on-line you will have to enter your credit or debit card details using our secure on-line payment process. We normally take full payment at the time of booking and will advise you if this is not the case. Cancellation Policy =================== You can cancel your booking on the web site by entering your unique ref number. - Cancellation more than two weeks before event - full refund -Cancellation between one and two weeks before event - 50% refund - Cancellation less than one week befor event, or failure to cancel - no refund . Winter Green Fee Terms ====================== - Should the course be subject to frost and 5 or more frost holes are in play a £5 refund will be made on each Green Fee. No discount or refund will be offered should 4 or less frost holes be in play. Every effort subject to weather conditions will be made to ensure full course opening at all times. Course Closed ============= If you are unable to start your round of golf due to the course being closed (e.g. bad weather), you will receive a full refund. However if the event has begun and more than 50% of entrants have completed there round the result will stand and only those unable to start or are unable to complete 9 holes will receive a refund. Booking Transferable ==================== The Booking is completely Transferable. Therefore, should you be unable to make your tee time, you can offer the tee time to someone else such as a family member or friend. Handicaps ========= This facility is only available to golfers who have a course playing handicap of 18 or less (Men HI 13.8 Highgate White 14.6 Highgate Yellow HI 14.1 Lodge White 15.4 Lodge Yellow) or 36 or less (Ladies HI 27.4 Highgate course HI 28.9 Lodge course). All entrants must have a minimum of 4 qualifying cards by the Competition Date. These can include General play Cards. All entrants must be a Member of a Golf Club Affiliated to a Home Union. Buggy Policy ============ Golf buggies or personal motorised vehicles are not permitted unless a valid medical certificate can be produced on the day. Open Competitions ========= **PLEASE NOTE** The Club reserve the right to cancel an Open Competition if the numbers of entrants are not viable to proceed. **IMPORTANT PLEASE PROVIDE YOUR CDH NUMBER IN THE NOTES SECTION UPON BOOKING** Please refer to the specific competition rules regarding handicap and age restrictions. Mixed Open Events ================= **Please Note** Our Mixed Open Events require One Male Golfer and One Female Golfer in each Pair. Dress Code ========== Normal dress code applies. The following are therefore not permitted: denims, football/rugby tops, football/beach style shorts, combat trousers, track/shell suits must not be worn at any time. Metal spikes are not permitted on the Golf Course. Hats must be worn conventionally. For further information please the Dress Code section of our website. Spikes ====== Metal spikes are not permitted on the Golf Course.
