Terms and Conditions
These are the terms and conditions for booking tee times using our
Internet booking facility.
Payments.
========
To book a tee time through our web site you will have to enter
your credit or debit card details using our online payment system. Payments will be processed at the time of your tee booking.
You must report to the Pro Shop (or office, if Pro Shop is closed) before beginning your round.
5 for 4 offer has been discontinued from 1st October 2024. All vouchers in circulation will be honoured for the remainder of 2024, T & C's relating to this offer apply.
Cancellation Policy
===================
You can cancel your booking by emailing info@donabategolfclub.com up to 24 hours prior to your tee time. Refunds due will be processed electronically using the card details used to confirm the initial booking.
Failure To Cancel Your Booking
==============================
If you fail to cancel your booking more than one day in advance of your booking, there will be a charge of 100% of the green fee made to your credit/debit card.
Course Closed
=============
If you are unable to play your round of golf due to the course being
closed (e.g. bad weather), you will refunded directly to your credit or debit card.
Booking Transferable
====================
The Booking is completely transferable. Therefore, should you be unable
to make your tee time, you can offer the tee time to someone else such
as a family member or friend.
Handicaps
=========
Competitions - Please note players with IGolf Handicaps are ineligible to play in open or invitation competitions.
This facility is only available to golfers who have a handicap of 28 or less (men) or 36 or less (ladies). If you don't have an official handicap,you must be able to play to an equivalent standard.
Dress Code
==========
Normal Golf Ireland dress code applies. The following are therefore -
NOT PERMITTED: DENIMS, SHORTS, FOOTBALL/RUGBY JERSEYS / TOPS ETC ETC
Spikes
======
Spikes may be worn. Soft Spikes Preferred
