These are the terms and conditions for booking tee times and entering Opens using our Internet booking facility.
When you turn up for your round of golf, you can choose to pay any outstanding balance by cash or credit card. You should report to the Pro shop before beginning your round. If the Pro shop is closed, you should call into the bar to make payment.
Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred to an alternative date or individual.
OPENS - Your tee time is secured for Team events (Scramble and BetterBall). For individual and Pairs events your tee time will be finalised nearer the date of the event. It will be within 30 minutes of the time booked online. This is to allow the organisers to balance the pairings between visitors and local members
Cancellation Policy

Cancellations should be made by telephone to 01592 872116
If you cancel your booking more than 1 week before your date of play,
there will be no further charge
If you cancel your booking less than 1 week in advance, deposits and entry fees will be forfeited.
Failure To Cancel Your Booking

If you fail to cancel your booking, we may refuse to take any future bookings from you.
Handicaps
=========
This facility is only available to golfers who have a handicap of 28 or
less (men) or 36 or less (ladies). If you don't have a handicap, you
must be able to play to an equivalent standard.
Dress Code
==========
Normal golf etiquette dress code applies. The following are therefore not
permitted: denims, shorts, football/rugby tops, .....
Spikes
======
Spikes may be worn.
