Visitor Online Tee Time Reservation Service Welcome to the CONWY GOLF CLUB Online Tee Time Reservation Service. This service allows you to book a tee time at our golf course online and get instant on-screen and email confirmation of your booking. Click here to book a tee time. Green Fee Rates Greenfees are paid for on line at the time of booking, however, if there are more players than those paid these greenfees can be paid to the Professional on the day.  There are no additional charges. Payment Options The following credit and debit cards are acceptable: Terms and Conditions Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before booking a tee time. These are the terms and conditions for booking tee times using our Internet booking facility. Payment: To book a tee time on-line you will have to enter your credit/debit card details using our secure on-line payment process. To secure your reservation full payment for each player must be paid at the time of booking, which will be deducted from your card. Your personal information is processed in accordance with local law and is not sold or passed to third parties. When you turn up for your round of golf, you should report to the Professional’s shop before beginning your round. Green Fee Cancellation Policy: If you cancel your booking more than 28 days before your date of play, you will receive a full refund of your green fee payment. For cancellations between 28 and 8 days in advance of your date of play you will receive a credit for your green fee. If you cancel or reduce numbers of your booking within 7 days from your date of play you will incur a £20 per player charge. Any cancellation within 24 hours of your tee time will incur a full green fee charge. Open Competitions Cancellation Policy: If you are entering an open competition the full price will be deducted from your credit/debit card immediately. Refunds will only be granted if notice is given more than 14 days from date of competition. Failure To Cancel Your Booking: If you fail to cancel your booking, you will not receive any refund. Course Closed: If you are unable to play your round of golf due to the course being closed (e.g. bad weather), you will receive a full refund of your green fee or credit. Handicaps: Handicap certificates may be requested for general play. DRESS RULES Smart, clean and presentable dress must be worn at all times. The following items are unacceptable: Men’s Three-Quarter Length Trousers Wearing of hats or caps in the clubhouse. Any person not adhering to the correct dress rules will not be served and will be requested to leave the club.
