Visitors
========
Competitors must have a recognised and active World Handicap and be a member of an affiliated golf club to be eligible for prizes.
Unattached players with handicaps issued by England Golf (iGolf) are not eligible for prizes

Payment
To book a tee time online you will have to enter your credit or debit card details 
using our secure on line payment process.

Cancellation Policy
===================
You can cancel your booking online via our club website by entering your 
unique booking reference number or by contacting the club.

If you fail to cancel your booking before you play, you will be liable 
for the full value of the green fees due.

OPEN COMPETITIONS: Cancellations more than 48 hours before your date of play will be refunded in full.
If you cancel your booking less then 48 hours before your date of play, no refund will be given

Course Closed
=============
If you are unable to play your round of golf due to the course 
being closed (e.g. bad weather), you will be offered an alternative date or
your money will be refunded.

Booking Transferable
====================
The booking is completely transferable. 
Therefore, should you be unable to make your tee time, you can offer 
the tee time to someone else such as a family member or friend.

Handicaps
=========
This facility is only available to golfers who have a handicap index 
of 28.0 or less(men) or 54.0 or less (ladies). 
If you don't have a handicap index, you must be able to play to an equivalent standard.

Dress Code
==========
Members and Visitors  are required  to maintain an acceptable standard of dress, 
both on the course and in the clubhouse.
Golf shoes must be worn on the Golf Course (unless under 16 years of age)
Football or rugby tops, vest-type tops and sleeveless t-shirts and non tailored shorts 
are prohibited on both the course and in the clubhouse
Jeans are not permitted on the course, however smart jeans are permitted in the clubhouse.
The wearing of  Golf shoes in the clubhouse is prohibited.

Spikes
======
Spikes may be worn.
