Payment
=======
To book an Open Competition or tee time on-line you will have to enter your credit or debit card details using our secure on-line payment process. Your debit/credit card WILL be charged the full amount at the time of booking.
When you arrive for your round of golf, you MUST report to the Pro shop before beginning your round. If the Pro shop is closed then please call to the office or bar.
Cancellation Policy
===================
Should you need to cancel the booking, please phone the Club on (059) 9131695 as Open Competition bookings or Green Fee can not be cancelled online. Any cancellations on the day of competition will be charged 100% of the fee.
Failure To Cancel Your Booking
==============================
If you fail to cancel your booking, there will be a charge of 100% of
the green fee made to your credit/debit card.
Course Closed
=============
If you are unable to play your round of golf due to the course being
closed (e.g. bad weather), no charge will be made to your credit/debit
card.
Booking Transferable
====================
The Booking is completely Transferable. Therefore, should you be unable
to make your tee time, you can offer the tee time to someone else such
as a family member or friend.
Handicaps
=========
This facility is only available to golfers who have an official handicap of 28 or less (men) or 36 or less (ladies).
Dress Code
==========
COURSE:
- Golf shoes on the course please.
- Singlets are not permitted.
- Only tailored shorts, together with sports socks are permitted.
- Trouser Legs should not be tucked into socks.
- Denim jeans are not permitted on the Golf Course.
- Football, soccer, rugby etc attire is not permitted
- Please do not use mobile phones on the golf course
CLUBHOUSE:
- Golf shoes are not permitted in the Clubhouse.
- Denim jeans are permitted in the Clubhouse.
- Please use mobile phones outside the Clubhouse.
- Dress should be neat and tidy in keeping with the high standards of
the club.
- Sports caps are not permitted.
- Tracksuits are not permitted
- All types of Spikes may be worn.
