SAMPLE TERMS AND CONDITIONS: These are the terms and conditions for booking tee times using our Internet booking facility. Payment ======= To book a tee time on-line simply enter your contact details as requested. Please confirm your telephone and e-mail address. When you turn up for your round of golf, you can choose to pay by cash instead of credit card. You should report to the Professional`s shop before the start of your round. If the Professional`s shop is closed,please call in the Clubhouse and pay any fees due. Cancellation Policy =================== You can cancel your booking on the web site by entering you unique ref number. Course Closed ============= If you are unable to play your round of golf due to the course being closed (e.g. bad weather), no charge will be made Booking Transferable ==================== The Booking is completely Transferable. Therefore, should you be unable to make your tee time, you can offer the tee time to someone else such as a family member or friend. Handicaps ========= This facility is open to golfers of all standards Dress Code ========== Normal GUI/ILGU dress code applies. The following are therefore not permitted: denims, shorts, football/rugby tops, ..... Spikes ====== Spikes may be worn. Golf Buggies The club has 6 electric buggies that can be booked. If you require a buggy, you should enter this in the booking form. Bookings of Golf Clubs, Trolleys, Caddies, Restaurant, etc If you require to book golf clubs, trolleys, caddies, restaurant, etc you should enter these requirements in the booking form or alternatively you can contact the club directly by phone on 01286 678359 option 2.
