These are the terms and conditions for booking tee times using our Internet booking facility.

Payment
=======
Payment will be taken at the time of booking (GBP). To book a tee time online you will have to enter your credit or debit card details using our secure on line payment process. You should print off or make a note of your booking reference as this will be required on your arrival at the Club.

Refund / Cancellation Policy
============================
You can cancel your booking by contacting Boldon Golf Club by email, info@boldongolfclub.co.uk or telephone, 0191 536 5360. 
Please remember your booking details will be required to confirm the cancellation.
If you cancel your booking more than 1 week before your date of play,there will be no charge made to your credit/debit card.
If you cancel your booking less than 1 week in advance, there will be a charge of 50% of the green fee made to your credit/debit card.

Failure To Cancel Your Booking
==============================
If you fail to cancel your booking, there will be a charge of 100% of the green fee made to your credit/debit card.

Course Closed
=============
If you are unable to play your round of golf due to the course being closed (e.g. bad weather), no charge will be made to your credit/debit card.

Booking Transferable
====================
The Booking is completely Transferable. Therefore, should you be unable to make your tee time, you can offer the tee time to someone else such as a family member or friend.

Handicaps
=========
This facility is only available to golfers who have a handicap of 28 or less (men) or 36 or less (ladies). If you don't have a handicap, you must be able to play to an equivalent standard. Each player must have their own equipment and golf shoes must be worn. Clubs may be available to hire.

Dress Code & Course Etiquette
=============================

Whilst holding contemporary values, the Club respects both the history and traditions of the game. We take a relaxed and welcoming stance, in return looking to visitors and guests to be of smart attire whether on the course or in the clubhouse.

1. COURSE
Boldon Golf Club insists all players be smartly dressed at all times when on the course. Our on course dress rule applies to members, guests and visitors.All players are advised that the following items of clothing / dress are not permitted to be worn on the Course at
any time:All blue denim clothing Cargo/Combat trousers/Football or Beach shorts, Track Suits T-shirts/Vests/Football or Rugby style shirts. All types of shirts, including turtleneck golf shirts, may be worn outside waistbands, tailored shorts may be worn on the course.

2. CLUBHOUSE
Whilst the Club operates a relaxed dress code in the clubhouse all visitors and guests are encouraged at all times to wear attire that is considered acceptable within the environment. Smart, clean, casual clothing and denims are acceptable.The Club retains the right at their discretion to request anyone wearing clothing deemed unacceptable to leave the Clubhouse immediately

3. MOBILE PHONES
Mobile phones may be taken onto the course. Visitors are politely requested to have their mobile phones on silent mode within the Clubhouse and receive or make any calls away from the bar and restaurant areas.

Spikes
======
Spikes may be worn, soft spikes preferred.

Golf Buggies

The club has 4 buggies that can be booked. If you require a buggy please call the Pro Shop or the Club Manager.

If you require to book golf clubs, trolleys, caddies, restaurant, etc you should enter these requirements in the booking form or alternatively you can contact the club directly by phone on 0191 536 5360.
