Open Competitions - Online Reservation Welcome to the Blainroe Golf Club Internet Tee Time Reservation Service. This service allows you to book a tee time at our golf course over the Internet and get instant on-screen and email confirmation of your booking. Select the competition you want to play in by clicking the 'Book Now' button. There are no open competitions set up. Payment Options The following credit and debit cards are acceptable:    Terms and Conditions Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before booking a tee time. These are the terms and conditions for booking tee times using our Internet booking facility. Payment ======= To book a tee time on-line you will have to enter your credit or debit card details using our secure on-line payment process. Your card account WILL be charged at the time of booking as follows. 100% of the total is charged on booking. When you arrive for your round of golf, you MUST report to the pro shop before beginning your round. If the pro shop is closed, you should call into to the clubhouse. Cancellation Policy =================== You can cancel your booking on our web site and we will be happy to offer an alternate date(Rain Check)to play at the corresponding green fee price level. Any difference in price level due to day chosen or season will be charged to the customer. If you cancel your booking and an alternate day is not suitable we will offer you a voucher to the same monetary level paid on the original booking for use within a year of the original date. The green fee paid is non-refundable. Failure To Cancel Your Booking/No Show ============================== If you fail to cancel your booking or fail to show your card account will be charged the full amount of the green fee booked. Course Closed ============= If you are unable to play your round of golf due to the course being closed (e.g. bad weather), no charge will apply and a full refund(or Rain check if you choose) will be made to your card account. Booking Transferable ==================== The Booking is completely transferable. Therefore, should you be unable to make your tee time, you can offer the tee time to someone else such as a family member or friend. Important Information ================ Blainroe participates in a number of privilege programmes offering green fees at reduced rates, i.e. Open Fairways. Visitors are reminded that they MUST telephone the Golf Club to make a booking and receive a discount under any of our privilege programmes. Privilege Programme discounts are only available on our normal Winter & Summer Green Fee rates and are not accepted on Society bookings.These offers may not always be available through the website. Handicaps ========= Handicap certificates are not required. Dress Code ========== Normal GUI/ILGU dress code applies. The following are therefore not permitted: Denim jeans, Tee-shirts (collarless and/or sleeveless,) Shorts other than tailored shorts may not be worn. Visitors are required to wear neat casual dress in the Clubhouse after 7.00 p.m. Spikes ======= Metal spikes are allowed on the course. Definitions ======= Mixed Competition - this is a team event of two or four people and must be a male(GUI)/female(ILGU)combination. Four Person Team - this is a team composed of either sex and does not have to include a mixed combination. Four Man Team - this team is only comprised of GUI card holders. Four Ladies Team - this team is only comprised of ILGU card holders. Golf Buggies A limited number of golf buggies are available for hire. Visitors are strongly advised to pre book golf buggies to avoid disappointment. In addition electric trolleys(4) are available for hire €10.
