Casual visitors must call the proshop. Societies please contact the secretary. Payment Options The following credit and debit cards are acceptable: Terms and Conditions Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before booking a tee time. TERMS AND CONDITIONS: These are the terms and conditions for booking tee times using our Internet booking facility. Please note visitors are only able to book Open competitions as directed on our webpage. Some competitions are bookable by a member only. Casual bookings have to be booked by telephone to the professional. Payment ======= To book a tee time on-line you will have to enter your credit or debit card details using our secure on-line payment process. Open Competitions - If you are booking into an Open Competition full payment will be taken from your card. Please note that the Competitions Committee reserve the right to amend the draw within a 20 min period either side of booked tee time. Please ensure you check with the club about your tee time as no draw will be published in advance. Bathgate Golf Club reserve the right to amend prize funds in Open competitions if entry numbers are low. Cancellation Policy =================== You can cancel your booking on the web site by entering you unique ref number. If you cancel your booking more than 14 days prior to date of play, all monies paid will be refunded to your credit/debit card. If there is less than 14 days to go no refund will be offered. Failure To Cancel Your Booking ============================== If you fail to cancel your booking, no money will be refunded Course Closed ============= If the competition is cancelled all monies will be refunded and a new competition date (if available) will be made. You will have to re-enter the new competition date Handicaps ========= To enter our Opens you must hold a recognised and current WHS handicap index and be a member of an affiliated golf club. Please note that certain tournaments have a handicap limit. Dress Code ========== Golfers must wear shoes specifically designed for golf.Smart casual dress is expected both on the golf course and in the clubhouse. Replica football/rugby shirts,gents sleeveless shirts,vests,cut off jeans,non-tailored or camouflage shorts are not acceptable.Shirts must have a collar Golf Buggies The club has 2 buggies that can be booked. If you require a buggy please call the professional direct. Bookings of Golf Clubs, Trolleys, Caddies, Restaurant, etc If you require to book golf clubs, trolleys, caddies, restaurant, etc you should enter these requirements in the booking form or alternatively you can contact the club directly by phone on 01506 630505.
