In the event of tee bookings being spread out the Club reserves the right to amend tee times as necessary and all players will be given reasonable notice of the change. Payment ======= To book on-line you will have to enter your credit or debit card details using our secure on-line payment process. Cancellation Policy =================== You can cancel your booking on the web site by entering you unique ref number. If you cancel your booking more than 1 week before your date of the Open, you can apply for a refund. If you cancel your booking less than 1 week in advance, there will be a charge of 50% of the fee made to your credit/debit card. Failure To Cancel Your Booking ============================== If you fail to cancel your booking, there will be a charge of 100% of the fee made to your credit/debit card. Handicaps ========= Opens are only available to golfers who have a handicap of 28 or less (men) or 36 or less (ladies). A Player whose CONGU Handicap is INACTIVE may apply to take part in most of our Open Competition events but he/she and any pairing or team that the player is a member of, will not be eligible to win any prize if the handicap remains Inactive on the day of the event. Dress Code ========== On the course, smart, recognized, golf clothing and golf shoes must be worn. Dress in the clubhouse should be recognised golf clothing or smart casual clothes. Clothing should be clean and dry but not ripped or torn. Footwear is required, although golf shoes are not permitted in the bar. The club reserves the right to refuse admission to the Course or Clubhouse if individuals are not able to comply with our dress code, normal courtesies or the rules of golf. Mobile phones are not to be used in the clubhouse or on the course except in an emergency. ====== Golf Buggies BUGGY MESSAGE: The club has 4 buggies that can be booked. If you require a buggy, you should call the Pro-Shop on 01225 463834 option 3.
