This service allows you to book a tee time at our golf course online and get instant on-screen and email confirmation of your booking. Click here to book a tee time on the Front. Green Fee Rates Payment Options The following credit and debit cards are acceptable: Terms and Conditions Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before booking a tee time. These are the terms and conditions for booking tee times using our Internet booking facility. Payment=======To book a tee time on-line you will have to enter your credit or debit card details using our secure on-line payment process. When you turn up for your round of golf, you should report to the Pro Shop before beginning your round. Cancellation Policy=================== Open Days: If you cancel your booking more than 1 week before your date of play, you will receive a full refund of your green fee.  Your booking must be cancelled by sending an e-mail to info@ashbournegolfclub.ie, stating the booking name, date and time of the booking. Casual Green Fee Play: The fee is non-refundable, if you are unable to play at the date and time of your original booking, you can book another date and time by sending an e-mail to info@ashbournegolfclub.ie, stating the booking name, date and time of the booking Failure To Cancel Your Booking==============================If you fail to cancel your booking, you will not receive any refund. Course Closed=============If you are unable to play your round of golf due to the course being closed (e.g. bad weather), you will receive a 'Rain Check' and you will be able to play at another date. Booking Transferable====================The Booking is completely transferable. Therefore, should you be unableto make your tee time, you can offer the tee time to someone else such as a family member or friend. Handicaps=========Your GUI/ILGU card is required for entry into all competitions. Dress Code==========Normal Smart/Casual dress code applies. The following are therefore not permitted: denim jeans, tee-shirts (collarless and/or sleeveless), sports shorts (tailored shorts may be worn). Soft Spikes Only======No metal spikes allowed. Bookings of Golf Clubs, Trolleys, Caddies, Restaurant, etc If you require to book golf clubs, trolleys, caddies, restaurant, etc you should enter these requirements in the booking form or alternatively you can contact the club directly by phone on +353 (0) 1 835 2005.
