Green Fee Rates

Although the club has standard green fee rates for weekdays and weekends,
we offer significant savings for certain times of the day, particularly if
you are prepared to avoid the busiest times, or if you book at the last minute.
The price quoted is the price you pay. There is no booking fee.

INTERNET TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

Booking Conditions. These booking conditions are periodically subject to change.

1. ACCURACY

Although all reasonable effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the information (including prices) on our web site, in our email newsletters, in our promotion material and in printed media, regrettably changes and errors occasionally occur. You must therefore check the details of your chosen tee time (including the price) at the time of booking.

We reserve the right to increase the price of any tee time advertised on our website at any time before you book. Any price changes will be clearly visible to you at the time of booking. Any subsequent reduction in prices due to special offers advertised will not apply to confirmed bookings.

Payment
=======
To book a tee time on-line you will have to enter your credit or debit card details using our secure on-line payment process. A 25% deposit will be taken at the time of booking, should the date of play be 14 days or less from the time of booking FULL payment will be taken.
This will be clearly visible as you go through the booking process, and all payments made, and outstanding amounts will be clearly stated on your booking confirmation.

You can cancel your booking on our web site by entering your unique reference number. You may also cancel by phone.

METHODS OF PAYMENT

We accept the following credit/debit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Switch, Delta and Connect. All payments made by credit card currently carry a 0% handling charge. To book a tee time on-line you will have to enter your credit or debit card details using our secure on-line payment process.

Payment
=======
If you cancel your booking more than 14 days before your date of play, you will receive a full refund of your green fee. For cancellations 14 days or less before your date of play you will receive a credit.

Open Competitions:
If you are entering an open competition the full entry fee will be deducted from your credit/debit card immediately. Refunds will only be granted if notice is given more than one month from date of competition.

Failure To Cancel Your Booking:
If you fail to cancel your booking, you will not receive any refund/credit.

When you turn up for your round of golf you should report to the Golf Shop before beginning your round.

Course Closed:
If you are unable to play your round of golf due to the course being closed (e.g. bad weather), you will receive a full refund of your green fee or another day to play.

Handicaps:
Handicap certificates may be requested for general play.

Dress Code
==========
A common-sense interpretation of our ‘smart casual’ dress code is requested, both on the course and in our clubhouse.  Whilst tailored shorts are acceptable, the wearing of jeans, trainers, collarless shirts, sports vests etc. is not permitted.

Spikes
======
Golf shoes with soft spikes are required on the course.

Golf Buggies

The club has 14 buggies that can be booked. If you require a buggy,
you should enter this in the booking form.

Bookings of Golf Clubs, Trolleys, Caddies, Restaurant, etc

If you require to book golf clubs, trolleys, caddies, restaurant, etc you should enter these
requirements in the booking form or alternatively you can contact the club
