These are the Terms and Conditions for booking tee times using our Internet booking facility. Payment ======= To book a tee time on-line you will need to enter your credit or debit card details using our secure on-line payment process. Full Payment of the Green Fee will be taken at the time of booking. Privacy Statement ================= All data and personal information is processed in accordance with local law and will not be sold or passed on to any other third party. Our Privacy Statement is available to view on our website. Cancellation & Refund Policy ============================ You can cancel your booking on the web site by entering your unique reference number. If you cancel your booking more than 1 week before your date of play a full refund will be given. If you cancel your booking less than 1 week in advance there will no refund given other than in exceptional circumstances. Please contact 01383 860256 Option 1 or 2 for refunds or e-mail manager@aberdourgolfclub.co.uk GROUP BOOKINGS ============== If you book for 10 players, or more, and receive a group discount and subsequently your number reduces the group discount will no longer apply. OPEN COMPETITIONS ================= Your tee time is secured for Team events (Texas Scramble and Tri-Am). For Individual and Pairs events your tee time will be finalised nearer the date of the competition. Your confirmed time will be within 30 minutes of the time booked online. This is to allow the organisers to balance the pairings between visitors and local members. An entry can be cancelled and your entry fee returned up to 2 weeks before the date of the Open. Course Closed ============= If you are unable to play your round of golf due to the course being closed (e.g. bad weather) a full refund will be given. Booking Transferable ==================== The Booking is completely Transferable. Therefore, should you be unable to make your tee time, you can offer the tee time to someone else such as a family member or friend. A booking can also be moved to an alternative time provided a time is available and that any further green fee balance due is paid. Handicaps ========= This facility is only available to golfers who have a handicap of 28 or less (men) or 36 or less (ladies). If you don't have a handicap, you must be able to play to an equivalent standard. Dress Code ========== No football shirts or trainers are allowed in the Clubhouse or on the golf course. Golf shoes must be worn on the course at all times. No hats are permitted in the Clubhouse. Spikes ====== Spikes may be worn. Clubhouse Opening Times ======================= Please note that the Clubhouse closes at 4 pm in the winter months with last food orders at 3.45 pm (October to March) Buggy Hire =========== If you would like to book a ride-on buggy please contact The Professional on 01383 860256 (Option 1). The last available time to book a ride-on buggy for 18 holes shall be 1500 hrs and shall have be to be returned to professional shop by 1845 hrs Golf Buggies The club has 4 buggies that can be booked. If you require a buggy you should contact the Professional Shop on 01383 860256 Option 1. The last tee time for a buggy is 1500 decreasing as light decreases. Bookings of Golf Clubs, Trolleys, Caddies, Restaurant, etc If you require to book golf clubs, trolleys, caddies, restaurant, etc you should enter these requirements in the booking form or alternatively you can contact the club directly by phone on 01383 860256 Option 2.
