Green Fee Rates Although the club has standard green fee rates for weekdays and weekends, we offer significant savings for certain times of the day, particularly if you are prepared to avoid the busiest times, or if you book at the last minute. The price quoted is the price you pay. There is no booking fee. Catering hours from Monday 28th October to 1st March 2025 are Wednesday to Friday 11am until 3.30pm. If you wish to be catered for outside these times please contact the Secretary 029 20594371 option 2. Payment Options The following credit and debit cards are acceptable: Terms and Conditions Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before booking a tee time. SAMPLE TERMS AND CONDITIONS: These are the terms and conditions for booking tee times using our Internet booking facility. Payment ======= To book a tee time on-line you will have to enter your credit or debit card details using our secure on-line payment process. Your card details will be processed and charged in full when making your booking. You must report to the Professional shop before beginning your round. If the Professional Shop is closed please report to the clubhouse staff. Cancellation Policy =================== You can cancel your booking on the web site by entering you unique ref number. If you cancel more than 1 week before your date of play we shall refund your payment in full. If you cancel your booking less than 1 week before your date of play you will receive 50% of the green fee. Failure To Cancel Your Booking ============================== If you fail to cancel your booking, there will be a charge of 100% of the green fee paid. Course Closed ============= If you are unable to play your round of golf due to the course being closed (e.g. bad weather), you can apply for a refund to your card. Booking Transferable ==================== The Booking is completely Transferable. Therefore, should you be unable to make your tee time, you can offer the tee time to someone else such as a family member or friend. Handicaps ========= This facility is only available to golfers who have a handicap of 54 or less. If you don't have a handicap, you must be able to play to an equivalent standard. Dress Code ========== Recognised and conventional golf clothing and footwear must be worn. Tailored knee length sorts are permitted. Shirts must have collars. Turtle neck style golf shirts permitted. Shirts must be tucked into trousers or shorts. Ladies may wear sleeveless shirts, cropped trousers or shorts. Clubhouse ========= Smart casual dress is required. Not allowed. Football, Rugby type shirts or shorts with side pockets. Tracksuits, Hats, Caps, Visors, Water Proofs and Golf Jackets. Spikes ====== Spikes may be worn on the course but not in the Clubhouse.
