Green Fee Rates Green Fees: Although the club has standard green fee rates for weekdays and weekends, we offer significant savings for certain times of the day. Our prices are adjusted to suit seasonal conditions. The price quoted is the price you pay. There is no booking fee. Payment Options The following credit and debit cards are acceptable: Terms and Conditions Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before booking a tee time. TERMS AND CONDITIONS: These are the terms and conditions for booking tee times using our Internet booking facility. Winter Restrictions ======= Please be aware that during the winter, all trolleys must have winter wheels and fairway mats are in use Payment ======= To book a tee time on-line you will have to enter your credit or debit card details using our secure on-line payment process. A deposit of £5 per player will be taken at the time of booking (Please note,full payment is taken if you book on the day you play.) When you turn up for your round of golf, you can choose to pay the balance by cash instead of credit card. You must report to the Pro shop before beginning your round. Open Competitions For all Open competitions a FULL ENTRY FEE will be required at time of booking. Should you cancel more than 30 days prior to the event a full refund will be given; if cancelled less than 30 days prior a full charge may be required and no refund will be given. Cancellation Policy =================== To cancel your booking you must ring the Club Professional on 01924-200900 Failure To Cancel Your Booking ============================== If you fail to cancel your booking, there will be a charge of 100% of the green fee made to your credit/debit card. Course Closed Etc. ================= If you are unable to play your round of golf due to the course being closed (e.g. bad weather), no additional charge will be made to your credit/debit card. Please contact the Club Professional to discuss rearranging your booking or having a refund of your deposit. Should the Course facilities be substantially limited e.g. partial closure, then, at the Club Professional's discretion, you may be offered (i) an alternative date to play or (ii) a partial / full refund, dependant upon the circumstances. As our Green Fees already reflect seasonal pricing adjustment, no refunds are applicable to the following:- Temporary Tees, Temporary Greens or the use of Carry Mats. Booking Transferable ==================== The Booking is completely Transferable. Therefore, should you be unable to make your tee time, you can offer the tee time to someone else such as a family member or friend. Handicaps ========= This facility is only available to golfers who have a handicap of 28 or less (men) or 36 or less (ladies). If you don't have a handicap, you must be able to play to an equivalent standard. Dress Code ========== Normal EGU dress code applies. Liability ========= Please be aware that NGC are not liable for any injury or damage caused by yourself or 3rd parties to (i) Yourself (ii) 3rd parties (iii) Vehicles and buildings in the course of your visit or playing out on the course. Temporary storage of Golf Equipment. Clothing, etc. =================================================== All visitors are recommended not to leave any golf equipment or personal belongings clothes, money, etc.) in the changing rooms when either playing on the course or drinking/eating in the 19th Bar/Member’s lounge. NGC cannot accept any responsibility for any such items left unattended and unsupervised. Golf Buggies Buggies: The club has 10 buggies that can be booked. If you require a buggy, please contact the Club Professional before arrival (01924-200900) and we will do our best to allocate one for you.
