Green Fee Rates The club has standard green fee rates for 18 and 36 holes and reduced rates for 3+ players booking as a group.  While we have blocked off tee times for members, if your requirements clash with these, please call (01557 330314), we will try our best to find some way of accommodating you so you can enjoy a round at our excellent course. Terms and Conditions Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before booking a tee time. SAMPLE TERMS AND CONDITIONS: These are the terms and conditions for booking tee times using our online booking facility. Payment ======= To book a tee time online you will have to enter your credit or debit card details using our secure on-line payment process. Your card details will be held by us as insurance but we will not process the transaction until you turn up to play. When you turn up for your round of golf, you will be asked to pay by cash or cheque instead of credit card. You should report to the Office or Bar before beginning your round. If the Office or Bar is closed please leave the Green Fee in the Visitors Green Fee slot near the front door. Cancellation Policy =================== You can cancel your booking on the web site by entering your unique booking reference number. If you cancel your booking more than 1 week before your date of play, there will be no charge made to your credit/debit card. If you cancel your booking less than 1 week in advance, there will be a charge of 50% of the green fee made to your credit/debit card. Failure To Cancel Your Booking ============================== If you fail to cancel your booking, there will be a charge of 100% of the green fee made to your credit/debit card. Course Closed ============= If you are unable to play your round of golf due to the course being closed (e.g. bad weather), no charge will be made to your credit/debit card. Booking Transferable ==================== The Booking is completely transferable. Therefore, should you be unable to make your tee time, you can offer the tee time to someone else such as a family member or friend. Handicaps ========= This facility is only available to golfers who have a handicap of 28 or less (men) or 36 or less (ladies). If you don't have a handicap, you must be able to play to an equivalent standard. Dress Code ========== Normal golf dress code applies. The following are therefore not permitted: denims, shorts, football/rugby tops, ..... Spikes ====== Spikes may be worn. Golf Buggies The club has 6 double buggies that can be booked by visitors. If you require a buggy, you should enter this in the booking form. Buggies are at the discretion of the Club but can be used here almost all year round. Bookings of Golf Clubs, Trolleys, Caddies, Restaurant, etc If you require to book golf clubs, trolleys, caddies, restaurant, etc you should enter these requirements in the booking form or alternatively you can contact the club directly by phone on 01557330314.
