This service allows you to book a tee time at our golf course online and get instant on-screen and email confirmation of your booking. Click here to book a tee time. Green Fee Rates Although the club has standard green fee rates for weekdays and weekends, we may offer discounts for certain times of the day, particularly if you are prepared to avoid the busiest times, or if you book at the last minute. The price quoted is the price you pay. There is no booking fee. Payment Options The following credit and debit cards are acceptable: Terms and Conditions Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before booking a tee time. TERMS AND CONDITIONS: These are the terms and conditions for booking tee times using our Internet booking facility. Payment ======= Payment will be taken at the time of booking (GBP). To book a tee time online you will have to enter your credit or debit card details using our secure on line payment process. You should print off or make a note of your booking reference as this will be required on your arrival at the Club. Refund / Cancellation Policy ============================ You can cancel your booking by contacting Helensburgh Golf Club by email, thesecretary@helensburghgolfclub.co.uk or telephone, 01436674173*. Please remember your booking details will be required to confirm the cancellation. If you cancel your booking more than 1 week before your date of play, there will be no charge made to your credit/debit card. If you cancel your booking less than 1 week in advance, there will be a charge of 50% of the green fee made to your credit/debit card. Failure To Cancel Your Booking ============================== If you fail to cancel your booking, there will be a charge of 100% of the green fee made to your credit/debit card. Course Closed ============= If you are unable to play your round of golf due to the course being closed (e.g. bad weather), no charge will be made to your credit/debit card. Booking Transferable ==================== The Booking is completely transferable. Therefore, should you be unable to make your tee time, you can offer the tee time to someone else such as a family member or friend. Handicaps ========= This facility is only available to golfers who have a handicap of 28 or less (men) or 36 or less (ladies). If you don't have a handicap, you must be able to play to an equivalent standard. Dress Code ========== Smart, casual attire is acceptable as a form of dress both within the clubhouse and on the course. However, denim jeans, sports shorts, collarless shirts, shell suits and tracksuit bottoms are not considered appropriate forms of dress. Footwear - shoes or sandals - should be worn within the clubhouse but not spiked shoes or trainers. Spikes ====== Soft spikes are preferred on the course. Golf Buggies The club has 2 buggies that can be booked. If you require a buggy, please call the Professional Shop on 01436 675505. If you do choose to book a buggy it is advisable to call to confirm whether course conditions are suitable on the date of play. Prevailing conditions can cause buggy used to be restricted or prohibited in necessary Bookings of Golf Clubs, Trolleys, Caddies, Restaurant, etc If you require to book golf clubs, trolleys, caddies, restaurant, etc you should enter these requirements in the booking form or alternatively you can contact the club directly by phone on 01436674173.
